I made my way over to Tinobu for a brunch of fresh squeezed orange juice, a matcha latte with almond milk, & the Max Power avocado toast with salmon, guacamole, cream cheese, poached egg, rucola, & tomato.
I then had a slice of the chocolate banana bread.
So yummy!
This is such a sweet place & a must for anyone with gluten allergies!
Everything here is Gluten Free.

Fantastic food and friendly staff. I had the salmon and avocado sandwich and it tasted great, the greens were fresh and crisp. Wait took a while as the kitchen is small and seems understaffed, but the outdoor seating was well shaded and comfy. Would come every week if I could!

Had the most delicious brunch here twice whilst in Valencia, it was by far my favourite brunch spot! The açai bowls, toast with avocado and egg, and the pancakes are all amazing! Brilliant that it is all gluten free, with lots of vegan options, but you don’t need to be gluten free to enjoy it, I went with a non gluten free friend who loved it as much as me.

Worth the wait, we loved the friendly host, the delicious and fresh prepared dishes. We had the tosta max power and the vegan Caesar salad. For drinks there was a kombucha and a fresh made orange + carrot juice with plenty of fibers.

Shooked! I had a protein smoothie with blueberries. It was amazing! Highly recommend.

The ambiente is modern-rustical, cozy, and very quiet. Nice place to chat and a little laptop work.

The avocado egg sandwich was alright. It has potential to the upside. I would put a little more salt and lemon juice into it with a bit of avocado seasoning. Still, a good sandwich!

I was there on a rainy day, can't tell much about usual customer volume.

They have 6 tables inside, some outside tables and a nice desk at the window front.

Uh almost forgot, the cakes and cookies looking gooood. I probably take one to go or next time when I visit!

This place was great! The food was amazing and so was the coffee. The guy was was so sweet and so understanding with my Spanish being limited. Will definitely be recommending this place to people.

vegan options for the pancakes, tried the vegan chicken wrap which was a bit small, but definitely recommend the pancakes

I love this place!!!! This is my home office with great coffee and gluten free food… every morning spend here while working with my laptop. Amazing terrace, very calm, great healthy food, and delicious yogurt with agave syrup. Highly recommend!

Great ACAI and Coffee.

One of the healthiest and best places in all of Valencia. As a student, and a person who doesn't eat a lot of processed foods, there is nothing better than getting a big, healthy protein bowl for only 5 euros!! Please make your way to this one of a kind breakfast café, located only a minute walk from the glamorous Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.

It is so lovely to have a gluten free cafe, but if it is tasty and reasonable prize is heaven! We tried the pancakes which was amazing, but my highlight was the cafe bowl! Future visits is a repeat :)

A small, nice and calm place to eat some very good and healthy food. It has a relaxint vibe, also including their laidback quiet music in the background. Just wished they would have had the aircondition on as it was a bit too warm inside.

This is the best damn espresso I've ever had! On the downside, I face not being able to have it very often.. while knowing it exists

It is definitely one of the best specialty coffee I have ever tried in València! It’s a must visit secret spot!

I was also very comfortable as staff speaks fluent English which made my order choice much easier :)
