Very interesting caves with an unusual itinerary. Guide was exceptional.

Brilliant and unusual fun. Around 50 windows cut straight into the rock face which were used for centuries as stores or tombs, but more recently have joined together as a kind of 3D labyrinth. You have to haul yourself through holes in the walls, floor and ceiling to explore and find your way out. The steps are narrow metal grates leading to the first window so you need a head for heights, and the journey through the caves is quite narrow and physical so you need a reasonable level of strength and fitness. You have to leave bags and coats at the start; you'll need both hands and practical clothes and shoes. You will get a bit dusty. We saw a couple of small (7-8 years) children - they needed a leg up through the ceiling holes but were fine otherwise.

The beste guide I ever met. It's not very difficult as it is described. My mom age 86 finished the route today 💪. If she can do it then you can do it as well 😅. Go for it. Enjoy.

A very different and exhilarating historical tourist attraction! The interior of the caves is a bit of an assault course.

The only warning given was: "No backpacks and handbags allowed." Looking back it was pure luck that my wife decided not to go because she was wearing sandals and the walk looked a bit rocky. I had no idea what was waiting for me. Entry fee was 1,50 and very fair.
Arriving at the caves a guide was waiting for me and walked me up the stairs to the first cave. He gave me a short introduction and then sent me off up a ladder. I only understood half of what he said and claimed up through the first opening. The hole was just wide enough so I could fit through!
I am 190 cm high and weigh about 90 kilos - anyone bigger and taller would not have a chance.
On my knees and hands I inspected the three connected caves and then climbed back down and walked out the same way I came in. The guide shouted over and pointed to a different set of stairs coming down the rock - this was where I was supposed to get out!
So I climbed back up the ladder and had a closer look and eventually found the connection to the next cave. Going from one cave to another could imply lifting your own weight and doing some acrobatics - depending on your size this can be exhausting :-)
After a while I managed to find my way out, fairly sweaty and happy I didn't have any bag or anything else with me.
What a great experience - 5 stars for this!

Had a very enjoyable time. Guide was very patient and helpful. Took a 4 yr old and 2.5 yr old who did fine but had to be watched closely. Lots of crawling on your knees and squeezing thru somewhat tight places. Need flexibility. Fascinating experience.

Josep was an amazing tour guide! He spoke both Spanish and English and was sooo very helpful to help us get through the caves. * Youwill definitely be going through small spaces and will need to have good arm strength or leg strength to get up through them.
