Great hotel in the medieval town, Potes. Located in the Picos de Europa. Family run hotel. The staff here are great and make the stay even better.
The rooms are very nice and moderately priced.

The good: The size of our room was fantastic. We had sofa and TV in the entrance room, a bathroom, and a spacious bedroom also with a TV and a closet. All was clean. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the decor was tasteful. The hotel is very close to the centre of Potas so everything is easily accessible even by foot. You can tell that the owners really care about their hotel and their guests. I was very happy with my time here and would come back again if I'm in the area.

The bad: There is no dedicated parking for the hotel, however there are plenty of parking options close by within walking distance. We were there during a hot period of weather so a fan in the room would have been a life saver to keep us cool at night (there was no aircon). We bought a small fan at the supermarket around the corner.

Excellent hotel with welcoming owners. Nothing is too much trouble..... Rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is buffet with also hot scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. Tea and coffee in the rooms, clean towels, fresh beds. Perfecto !
Hotel is located just a few mins from the centre, a supermarket is 2 mins the other way and one of the best biking roads is right in front of you to the left.

My Spainish Home, Love it here, the owners and staff are very helpful a friendly. Clean and nice breakfast, been coming here now for a few years now. Potes is a beautiful little town, with everything you could want and more, people here are all so friendly and nice.❤

If this is the place I think it is then it's a great little locals bar, we managed to get by with some Spanglish and the barman and locals were all very friendly. The Spanish omelette tapas is the best we had in Spain and very filling. We asked for directions to a cash machine and the resident English language expert was called forth, he fired out some rapid Spanish then said "on the right" and pointed left, it was a classic comedy moment but we found it anyway. If you're staying in Potes then this is the most authentic Northern Spanish locals bar in town.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, ideally located for town with its many restaurants. Good value for money and excellent continental breakfast. Would come here again.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, decorado con cosas antiguas, pero con mucho gusto. Alfombras en los pasillos, escaleras y habitaciones, que son muy amplias, camas muy cómodas y el personal encantador. Buena ubicación. Si vais a Potes, es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse.

Nos hospedamos en una habitación de 4 camas individuales con mirador a patio y cuarto de baño grande. Muy espaciosa y limpia, con hervidor de agua y cafe. El desayuno es tipo buffet, bastante variado. Aparcamos juntos a la hostería. Servicio de rutas. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Buena relación calidad-precio, habitación espaciosa y limpia. Recomendamos coger el desayuno por su amplia variedad de opciones!
El personal muy agradable y servicial en todo momento.

Ha sido un acierto coger la noche aquí.

Unglaublich sauberes Hotel mit fantastischem Frühstück. Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Inhaber. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit Kaffee und Tee Zubereiter. Schalldichte Fenster. Unbedingt die Picos Tour 4x4 buchen. Zentral gelegen.

De los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado estás vacaciones. Ubicación a 20min en coche de Fuente Dé, parking a 3 min andando, el desayuno increíble (buffet libre) y la atención por parte de la dueña ha sido excepcional. Además las habitaciones y las instalaciones súper limpias y un sitio muy cómodo. Un 10/10.

Excelente. Estuvimos semana santa 2022. El desayuno perfecto, no te hace falta más, tienen fruta, bollería, algo de embutido...Estuvimos en una habitación familiar grande, los colchones nuevos, el baño amplio y muy limpio. Aparcas muy cerca y ya no mueves el coche y vas a todos lados de Potes caminando. Hotel familiar muy bien ubicado, regentado por gente muy maja y cercana y que te saben aconsejar. 👍

Superó mis expectativas, sobre todo en cuanto al desayuno. Mucha variedad y cosas recién hechas (huevos revueltos, bacon, salchichas).
El personal es muy amable y atento.
Sin duda, volveré.
