Y-Internet

I have been with Y-Internet for a number of years. Always dealt with Richard who is excellent. Angela and Simon helped me today, I’m a bit of a techy numpty!! Angela was calm, patient and efficient on the phone. We got a bit stuck on an issue and at exactly the time agreed, Simon and Angela arrived at my apartment and were really fantastic. They put everything right and took their time to show me how best to operate the system. Highly recommend, very refreshing these days to receive such great service. Thank you!

Excellent Service for over 17 years. The whole team responds quickly to any problems, of which there has been very few. We chose to upgrade to Fibre Optics with them as they provide a great reliable service. Delighted with great fast connections. Also appreciate the options for various choice of payment timings. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been using Y internet since January 2018 and am very pleased with their excellent service. When I needed a wifi extender I was advised by Y internet which model would suit my purpose and where I could buy it. Also I don't feel that I am wasting money on paying for the internet when I am not able to visit. I am very satisfied with the service I receive which was recommended to me.

Habe Jahrelang Y-Internet von der Firma gehabt. War alles ok und die Preise stimmen auch . Wenn mal ein Problem war , haben sie es sehr schnell gefixt ! Und Nette Freundliche Mitarbeiter !

Really bad experience now. I've been a casual user when on vacation. Of course, not coming back since Covid started, but back now. I wanted to hire services for a month but they wanted to force me to have a visit from a technician as "I was not connected since long" which is unnecesary (all routers are updated remotely). I'm an IT professional so I told them that a visit was not nedded, told them "the reading of the lights in the router show it's OK, just ping remotely my router". They got offended? and told me that he had to consult the technician. Still waiting for a call back... looks like they decided to lose the customer. Incredible... So watch out if they propose you an unnecessary visit on site to make money. I learn after that my property community has stopped working with them and recommend now other providers via cable. Will swap - if needed as most providers home propose unlimited data when roaming, so not really needed, just comfort to have...

Très mauvaise expérience, attention, ils proposent des visites innecesaires pour "réviser" l'installation et peuvent décider unilatéralement de casser le contrat (regarder la note en anglais).

Been "trying" to use Y Internet when in Mijas Pueblo for the last 3 years.
It'll drive you to distraction with the signal speed, and reliability.
There's been no upgrade or change in equipment or speeds since I've been coming to Mijas.
You might get 1-2mbps if you are lucky, and it's not enough to keep kids happy, it can just about cope with email (bearing in mind it's on and off frequently).
To be fair, Wifi Blue are no better - same reliability - same speeds.
Don't bother, get yourself a Mifi / 3G sim and hot spot before you come and stay.

Terrible connections that regularly drop out.

Even worse customer service and a website that looks like a homemade effort from the 1990s (no ‘hi tech’ features such as password reset or help page).

Save yourself the hassle and just go to a cafe or bar for free WiFi.

Absolutely useless, taken 10 minutes to type this as keeps cutting out. Where else would you pay for a service that is not fit for purpose.
