I contacted Tanya for family insurance here, and she explained everything in contract, helped to understand parts that were hard to translate. Tanya also helped with some medical appointments for my kid, was always in touch via WhatsApp, made overview of the mobile app. She also quickly organized request for contract change when I switched to corporate DKV plan.
I haven’t had any problems with DKV so far, had regular health checks and some analysis for my kid.

My operation was scheduled very quickly in Xanit hospital in Benalmadena and Tanya from DKV helped me to get an authorisation. We spent many minutes texting over whatsapp and also speaking over the phone. She was always there answering my questions and I could see that she tried to do everything possible to help me in my situation. She called me on Friday night around 9 pm just two days before my operation to tell me good news that I received an authorisation. She wanted to make sure that I will have a nice weekend and she didn't want me to be worried. My experience with Tanya and DKV was very positive.

Hello my Name is Art,
I moved from Canada to Benalmadna 6 years ago. Signed up with a bad Company and after one year I switched to D K V , being a healthy guy most of my life, so I didn't worry too much about Health care. Low an behold back in 2021 I was diagnosed with Cancer and that was a game changer for me. I must say the Care I have received at Vithas hospital was first class and foremost the co-operation with DKV was absolutely great. The Girls in the office where always there to help and talk. After recuperating from cancer I got hit really bad with COVID. Again DKV was there. And now normality has returned we are still in contact with each other and Tamia that joined the group recently is absolutely tops. Her outlook in life and multi talented in langues . Thanks again to all the good Girls.

Good freindly experience. They set me up with my expat insurance. A few payment options are available: monthly quarterly bi-annually and annually.
Ive been with then for about 18 months. I needed them one time for and MRI scan and the approval was issued instantly. Would definately recommend them.
