Les encargué una funda de un sofá cheslong. Pago por adelantado. Cuando me la mandan queda costa por un lado y larga (colgando) por el otro. La tela es de una calidad pésima, fea y con unas cosas sobresaliendo feisimas. Se niegan a cualquier devolución ni arreglo a pesar de que me llego HOY y estoy dentro del plazo de desestimiento por ley. Estafan a sus clientes.

Pesimo. Hice un encargo a medida, cuando me llegó no servía. Me he puesto en contacto diciendoles el problema y dicen que no es su problema. Se niegan a cualquier tipo de devolución o arreglo. Me han estafado.
