Luis Vives School of Spanish - Spanish courses in Madrid

I love this school!! I had such a good experience here. First of all, I learned more spanish than I ever have in any other spanish class. This was due to the small class size and the amount of time we spent actually practicing speaking spanish in class. All the staff are the nicest & coolest people. There are activities every Friday afternoon where you get to see things in Madrid while meeting other students from the school. They are very flexible and offer many different class levels & times for whatever you need. I have only good things to say about Luis Vives!

After finishing my Spanish level A1, A2 and B1 I would like to write here "THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR LEARN AND IMPROVE SPANISH LANGUAGE". As a foreigner the most impressive thing for me is that we were like a family at school and Teachers always helped us for learn language, culture, city, food etc... etc... This is the best place

I loved every day at this school. Laura is an outstanding teacher, who makes learning Spanish easy and fun. Good location and bright, beautiful class room. Highly recommend this place.

I love this school! I went to Luis Vives for 6 months and met the most amazing friends. I also learnt so much Spanish so quickly because I was having fun while learning so it felt very easy and natural. The teachers always make sure the lessons are engaging and interesting and no lesson is ever the same. The teachers are also so kind and helpful and just like friends to you and they help with whatever you need. The activities on Friday are fun and a great way to see the city and meet other people. It was a great support network for me after moving to Madrid on my own. I really would recommend it to anyone of any level of Spanish as they have classes for all levels. Thank you to all the wonderful teachers who made my experience so great.

I just recently completed a full academic year at Luis Vives from September 2018 to June 2019 and I highly recommend it if you REALLY want to leave Spain SPEAKING Spanish. All classes are authentically taught ALL in Spanish. This is the best way to get the most out of your money and really learn the language as if it were your own. It’s hard at first, but it’s the most strategic and effective way to becoming fluent. The staff really have it figured out here. They are always incredibly prepared and organized. Every single professor has their own unique style of teaching that in a special way matches their personality. It’s super cute, and so great. The friendliness level is also off the charts.

Not only this, they have uncountable resources on Madrid! Everything you might want to know to help you find your way around, make your living situation easier, where to go to get a SIM card, and best anything, they can help you with. I can not overstate this. Prices are relatively the same as they are at other schools in the area, too.

You MUST give Luis Vives a chance! It’s incredible!

Fantastic staff whom work hard to customize your educational experience, no matter your language level, as well as bring the culture to life! I was attending in 17-18', so only a few years ago. Even as I have moved forward in my educational pursuits, I always look back and remember being abroad as a time of adventure, friendship found in the classroom, and laughter and that's all thanks to Luis Vives School of Spanish.. and Dani (mi profesor favorito).

Luis Vives is a professional language school, with Cervantes standards and supervision. They keep working during the summer and there’s a variety of classes and levels.
The school has a cultural activity every week which is both getting familiar with others and practice speaking Spanish.

Excellent teachers who are engaging and very supportive

Estudié 9 meses en la escuela y sólo tengo cosas buenas que decir. Hice el curso intensivo, semi intensivo y clases particulares y tuve la oportunidad de tomar clases con casi todos los profesores. Todos son geniales, responsables, puntuales, dinámicos y siempre traen algo diferente a las clases para ser más agradables. Todo el personal es amable y te hace sentir muy cómodo para dar tu opinión y estudiar de la mejor manera.
Echo de menos estudiar allí, porque las clases son muy alegres y siento como una gran familia, son todos muy cercanos a ti. Además del idioma aprendí muchas cosas sobre la cultura e historia española e hice paseos muy guays por la ciudad.
Y lo mejor: todo esto con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Recomiendo fuertemente la escuela, que en mi opinión es la mejor!

He estudiado nueve meses en Luis Vives y lo recomiendo muchísimo. Muy bien situada en el centro de Madrid, con salas de aula súper confortables y, lo más importante, una buena metodología de enseñanza y profesores simpáticos, amables y siempre dispuestas a apoyar a los alumnos. Tuve clases mayoritariamente con el profesor Juan, que es genial, pero también tuve contacto con otros de la escuela que me parecieron iguales de buenos. Ya he frecuentado mil clases de idiomas y nunca he estado tan a gusto y satisfecha como en Luis Vives.

Hice una prueba de Nivel gratuita en su página web, y el profe me dio muchas respuestas y sugerencias, lo que me hizo decidirse a elegir este escuela de idiomas. Por supuesto, también lo es por su conveniente ubicación y precio adecuado. Los profesores muy amables, tienen muchas paciencias y experiencias. Quiero dar muchas gracias a Juan, que es un profesor excelente!

Pues empecé el curso de español en 2022 y hice el curso de inmersión , con el prof Juan, he hecho el B 1 hasta el B2.1 me encantó las clases , los alumnos y toda escuela , los paseos turísticos también.. He aprendido mucho y he podido desarrollar mi español y mejorar la manera que hablaba , agradezco mucho al prof Juan por sus clases..
Fue un prof increíble. Echo de menos a los amigos que hice y la escuela.

La escuela es buena en general. Precio, cualidad y atención a cada estudiante. Es una gran familia. Echo de menos mi tiempo de estudios en Luks Vives Madrid.

Acudí en el año 2012 de los meses, Marzo,Abril y parte del Mayo mi nombre es Milena, de nacionalidad Búlgara, lo escribo para corroborar la historia que efectivamente he asistido en la vuestra academia donde se me impartieron clases de Español/Castellano con los profesores Javier y Sonia, cuando empecé el curso no hablaba nada de nada, puesto que en mi país de origen jamás lo había estudiado, en tan sólo 2 meses aprendí muchísimo porque me enseñaron lo más importante y me dieron una base muy sólida con la cual yo por mi propia cuenta pude aprender y lograr tener un nivel muy alto de español, quiero darles mil gracias sobretodo a Javier porque me acuerdo que con el tuvimos más horas que con Sonia, que les estoy muy agradecida porque son unos profesores excelentes y tienen un don para ello, os quise dejar mi reseña,dado que no me pude despedir de vosotros porque tuve que abandonar el curso inesperadamente por motivos personales. Os deseo que puedan ejercer muchos años más aquello que se os da de maravilla.
Desde hace unos años mi paradero es Zamora, Castilla y León.

Долго искала школу для изучения испанского языка. Посетив пробные занятия многих Мадридских курсов, разочаровывалась в низком качестве обучения. Потеряв всю надежду, напоследок решила попробовать посетить Luis Vives School of Spanish (C. del Arenal, 18). И была впечатлена! Спасибо Хавьеру за радушный прием! Сразу провели тест на знание языка и  выбрали удобный график занятий.
Первое пробное занятие было бесплатным, преподаватель Патрисия вмиг рассеяла все страхи своим вниманием и поддержкой.
Много говорили, слушали подкасты, выполняли задания, обсуждали новую лексику. В одном занятии удалось отработать все языковые навыки: чтение, аудирование, письменная и устная речь, грамматика. Очень благодарна за интересные разносторонние занятия и внеклассные мероприятия; отдельная благодарность Хуану за экскурсии по Мадриду и внеклассные мероприятия. Преподаватели этой школы – высокопрофессиональны, в этом я убедилась. По окончанию курсов, мне вручили диплом.
Курсы дали мне возможность обрести новых друзей и познакомиться ближе с испанской культурой.
Я очень благодарна случаю, который привел меня сюда! Рекомендую всем желающим выучить испанский язык быстро и легко!

Comencé mi viaje de aprendizaje de español con Duolingo, pero no pude mejorar el nivel de habla y la gramática al nivel que necesitaba.
¡Con Javi, Patricia y Sonia tuve la experiencia más acogedora posible!
¡La ubicación era muy conveniente y me encantó cada momento estudiando allí!

Well organized school. I studied with two different teachers, both professional and competent. The reception and contact with the secretariat was also excellent. I would recommend it for all needs.

Scuola ben organizzata. Ho studiato con due insegnanti diverse, entrambe professionali e competenti. Anche l'accoglienza e il contatto con la segreteria è stato eccellente. Mi sento di consigliarla per tutte le esigenze.

Me encantó estudiar en esta academia. Los profesores son muy atentos y tienen buena didáctica con los extranjeros. La metodología anima al alumno a participar de las clases y las salidas culturales (todos los viernes) fueron perfectas para practicar el idioma. Dejo aquí mi agradecimiento a Javier, que lleva la parte administrativa, y a los profesores Juan y Patricia. Para mí, Luis Vives es la mejor escuela de español.

Aprendí español en Luis Vives el año pasado.
La verdad es que en esta escuela no sólo aprendí el idioma, sino sobre todo pude conocer la cultura española en todos sus aspectos.
Aprendí un poco de la historia de España, de su geografía, y lo más importante para mí fue la exploración, el descubrimiento de Madrid a través de las excursiones de viernes.
Los profesores son muy amables y comprensivos. Descubrí en ellos a verdaderos expertos, verdaderos profesionales en la enseñanza de la lengua española...
Tengo recuerdos inolvidables de Juan, Patricia, Laura, Danni, Ania y Javier.
Gracias sobre todo a las orientaciones de Juan, pude aprobar el examen de acceso a la universidad sin problemas. Gracias Juan. Gracias a todo el equipo de Luis Vives. Os llevo en mi corazón.
Para una persona que quiera estudiar español en Madrid, creo que Luis Vives es la mejor opción.
