Great environment, rooms are very attractive, ideal to visit Madrid. Service is very good and the location is even better, very safe and very close to nice restaurants in 3 cantos…

Massive room sizes and comfy beds. Had the family rooms and they both had a jacuzzi.There are lots of free parking on site. Liked the inside architecture,it looks like a ship from the outside and feels the same when inside.Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Staff are polite.Would recommend having a car for easy access as no nearby activities.

I had some issues with the hotel in the beginning, but I have noticed that the hotel is (pro)actively taking my comments into account, not just during the stay but also subsequent bookings I made. Combined with the friendly service at the desk I've revised my review to a more positive one 👍

Rooms are large but a bit noisy due to the highway. The hotel is near the train station, but I would still recommend a car in this neighborhood.

No watercooker in the rooms. Expensive mini bar (but enough supermarkets nearby to buy normal priced water). Comfortable beds.

I don’t know why there’s not much complimentary reviews for this hotel, but it was truly amazed by the overall quality of the hotel! We paid less than 90 euros with two (fresh and high quality) breakfasts and free parking, and most importantly, a suite-size of room with high quality of decorations. I was shocked by how the hotel presented itself as it seems like a old fashion but luxurious hotel at the beginning…..
Beside the location, everything was so valued! If you have a car, highly recommended!

Hotel is great, it seems that was renewed lately, the rooms are very big and spacious, if you are working in tres cantos as me, its the best location, train station is 5 min walking as well as supermarket.

It is a hotel with all services and amenities.

The car park is free of charge. The only thing that could be improved is to be able to give free coffee after lunch or dinner, included in the price of accommodation.

The chairs in the meeting rooms are not very comfortable, you could have a more ergonomic chair, at least 5-10 chairs of this type.

Super great price quality ratio. The room are spacious and the bed of good quality.
The breakfast is OK, but nothing special.

Kind staff, clean room & bathroom, good breakfast. This hotel is about 20-25 min from airport (when there is no traffic, like in the evening), outside Madrid. In the same building there is a gym. The hotel is not "downtown", but for me this was ok. I suggest this hotel for business travels in the north of Madrid/Tres Cantos.

Undisputedly the best hotel in Tres Cantos. Very spacious rooms, well equipped. Very good breakfast. One downside is the location.

Best hotel in Madrid. Extremely helpful staff at the Reception. Much thanks to Ana and Diana. Many options at the breakfast. Only 3 mins walk to the train station. (Renfe).
