We ate several times over three weeks from the weekday lunchtime menu del Dia and weekends from the a la carte menu.
A varied choice of freshly prepared dishes - delicious 😋.
For us, the piece de résistance was the excellent fresh fish - Susie's partner is a fisherman so you can't get any fresher and the taste superb.
The sign of a good restaurant is to see "regulars" and we saw the same people often. Perhaps the competitive pricing should be mentioned too
You won't pass the restaurant - you need to check directions to guide you but easy to find.

Excellent food and service delivered by a very friendly lady called Sue. Spanish, Catalan and English all spoken. Her partner is a working fisherman out of the local harbour in Ametlla de Mar, so you can expect some of the freshest tastiest fish you will have ever tasted. Worth calling up before visiting to see what she can put on the menu for your lunch or dinner. The menu del día I have had on various occasions is great value for money.

Every time it is a wonderful experience coming to eat at La Tasca. I highly recommend this place, it is well worth it. It is off the beaten track in a quiet part of Sant Jordí d'Alfama and is a lovely, welcoming family restaurant. You can play the guitar, sing along with friends, dance, the atmosphere is truly relaxed and friendly.
Susana, the owner is lovely and takes pride in the delicious home cooked meals she serves.
At lunchtime on weekdays, you have a choice of set menu dishes and on weekends and evenings there is an amazing menu selection.
The grilled fish and seafood is locally caught and carefully cooked to the customer's liking.
The barbecued meat is fantastic with super tender and juicy cuts.
They make one of the best ensaladillas I have tasted and have a great selection of salads and tapas. Their sangria is delicious!
The service is really good and they are attentive to their clients and will try to accomodate most dietary requirements wherever possible.

Fabulous place, great food and location, with perfect service

Tengo que decir que hemos comido de fábula, menú degustación y después una paella bien rica rica. Los trabajadorxs ha sido un diez de diez. En definitiva hemos estado muy agusto y hemos comido genial!! Volveremos. 6 adultos y 3 niños a buen precio.

Un lugar espectacular, decorado por la dueña, todo homemade con un gusto exquisito. Ella misma prepara también un arroz de cangrejo azul entre otras cosas para chuparse los dedos y de menú! Nosotros hemos ido a comer y hemos repetido para cenar con unos amigos y creo que vendremos todos los días que estemos por aquí. Son muy agradables y el precio es ajustado... Que más se puede pedir! Y que conste que me considero una persona muy exigente.
Ahora sí merecerían ganar un concurso de cocina!

Lugar bonito y acogedor, precio calidad muy bien, menú entre semana de 17€, arroz de cangrejo muy bueno, y la atencion del personal fenomenal. Ya es la 2nda vez que venimos, y volveremos. Gracias

La tasca m'ha sorprès molt pel seu estil rústic i l'ambient molt acullidor ,fresquet i amb àmplies terrasses inclòs tenen un pati amb encant.
Les carns i peixos a la brasa fan aquella oloreta al entrar que far venir gana !!

Bonito restaurante escondido en una urbanización en las afueras de la Ametlla. Comimos muy bien. La dueña nos dijo que lo había puesto en marcha hacía apenas dos semanas, no lo parecía. Atención de 10. El postre de piña colada todo un acierto

Sitio muy chulo para venir a comer, todo tipo de tapas muy ricas, y buena carne a la parrilla. Sitio genial para ir con niños e incluso animales, en medio de la montaña, junto a un parque y sin nada de barullo de gente. Muy buen trato del personal, nos ofrecieron incluso agua para nuestro perrito 😁

Das Essen war ein Traum und eben Besonders. Die Grillplatte wurde auf einem kleinen Holzkohlegrill serviert. Sehr sehenswert und lecker. Super gewürzt. Die Salsa dazu, ein Rezept aus Argentinien. Die Kartoffelscheiben mit Gemüse dazu, ebenfalls sehr lecker. Gambas, Tomaten mit Mozarella, Crepes- alles lecker.
Die Wirtin nett & aufmerksam.

Im Mai 2022 wieder besucht. Neue Inhaberfamilie, alles frisch renoviert. Großzügige Öffnungszeiten ab 11 Uhr durchgehend Küche. War sehr lecker das Menü und günstig für 14 € inkl. einem Getränk und Kaffee. Die große Terrasse bietet zur Häfte Sonne/Schatten.
