Albergue San Lázaro Sarria

The Albergue is great. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Just beautiful. But not as beautiful as Mônica. I fell in love with her but did not say anything because if she smiled again, I would never finish my Camino. :-)

A cosy and clean hostel which is perfect for a night’s stay on the Camino! Monica was very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend staying here!

Such a beautiful place, with good atmosphere. The girl in the reception, its just angel, smiling, very helpful. I would recommend this place to everybody.

PET FRIENDLY! They made me book a private room, though, but they didn't charge me extra (except for the price of the room). Private rooms were in a separate area, which is a shame if you want to hang with other pilgrims, but no biggie. Room was bright, spacious and comfi, everything super clean, kitchen even had fruit for guests and kitchenware, bathroom very nice and clean, with some amenities, the only minor con here, is the shower, that it's not fixed on the wall (and actually at this time was broken, which made me make a huge watery mess). staff very friendly, and for pilgrims it's ideal, since it's a short walk from the centre, a supermarket about 100 mts, very close to the train station, and only 100 mts from the road

Excellent service and very helpful, ideal for people starting their trip who might be a little confused about things. The individual room is cozy and everything seems very clean

Very clean. Lovely host. Supermarket very nearby. Only short detour from the path. Nice chill-out area. Sockets at each bed. Fast WiFi. Heating was switched on on during my stay as it was a coldish day. Wash and dry facilities. Mini fridge and microwave in the shared lounge area: no actual cooking facilities though there is a kitchen in the private rooms. Lots of restaurants in the town and I was able to make a sandwich, good enough for me as a pilgrime.

The albergue staff were very warm and welcoming. Nice clean accomodations and shared areas. Even though we checked in very late because of a late train and bus delay they were very understanding and greeted us with smiles, even offering to help carry a bag to our room!

beautifull albergue, lovely salon with fireplace to seat and read or talk to other pilgrims. The private rooms are amazing with a shared kitchen. The host is lovely and so helpfull and a great location. would definatly come back, highly recomanded.

Good private rooms, nice, warmly atmosphere, good equipped bathroom (fan, vanity kit etc). A lot of towels!

When we arrived at San Laxaro we were welcomed by a lovley young lady she booked our accommodation for the next part of our Comino the room wasvery clean and comfortable it was one of the best places we stayed in on our Camino

we enjoyed the stay at San Lazaro, staff is very friendly, laundry services, room provides excellent comfort, location is close to camino start, will come back

It was good, and also Host Maria was good! I will make a reservation, if i come back Camino de Santiago again.

Great hospitality! The ladies working at reception are very friendly, one of them spoke English.
