What a delightful place to spend 2 glorious weeks in the sun.
The staff are really kind and helpful, keeping the place feeling very welcoming.
The accommodation is superb, like all Holiday Property Bond resorts, and the facilities are fabulous.
We particularly enjoyed the lengths pool with it's view of the mountains.

An exclusive Holiday Property Bond (HPB) resort. First class accommodation and facilities in a beautiful setting, with fine mountain and countryside views. The resort now has an additional six large new villas.

Very pleasant clean place with stunning views and scenery. Lovely activities on and off site with the picturesque town of Mojacar nearby (the fish markets there are very good). Very kid friendly and an overall lovely resort surrounded by orange groves which adds to the appeal.

Our second visit to this wonderful remote sunspot in Southern Spain.

We love this resort. Been twice now and the gardens and the grounds are immaculate. The rooms really modern and clean and the service amazing. We checked in this year and the lounge light looked lose on the ceiling. We asked for it too be looked at as we have young children and within an hour it was fixed. Really impressed. The restaurant is nice and the take away option great. Three swimming pools which again was great. Overall I'd highly recommend if you're part of HPB.

In quiet countryside, on site: swimming pools, tennis, crazy golf, restaurant and more. Half hour drive to coast at Mojacar.

As always excellent accommodation and welcoming staff. Food at restaurant/bar delicious.

My favourite HPB property, palatial accommodation with awesome views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains. Birdwatching can be phenomenal, especially in Springtime. Hiring a car is the best way to get around and the roads are almost empty .

Excellent accommodation and facilities. Beautiful views and landscapes. Roof top terraces are a great bonus. Friendly and helpful staff.

Owned by members of the holiday property bond the village is set in a rural area of semi desert. There are walks starting from the doorstep into the area.
The village, which is designed to blend in with the few houses in the area, has swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, bar and restaurant. A small shop and bar/restaurant is located adjacent to the property. Beaches are a 15 drive away.
The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday all year round.
All of the properties are to a high standard and have air conditioning.
If you want holidays throughout the UK and Europe in high standard villas etc contact the HPB. I can recommend it highly.

Lovely development to HPBs used high standards. Excellent facilities a good on site bar and restaurant and comfortable accommodation.

Great location in one of the driest and sunniest places in Spain. Good accommodation, excellent facilities and all of the people are so friendly. Really recommend it.

What a lovely location with fantastic views and food. There is plenty to do with the family or chill next by the many swimming pools. Only property bonds have access to the many villas or apartments. Good for all ages.

Another great hpb property.
Sarah and Marta run a brilliant activities program for kids and adults. Definitely get involved with the family water polo every weekday at 12.30. not just sports either. Spanish lessons and jewellery making for the kids are great to get out the sun and do something else.
The staff at the bar and pool bar are also superb.
We'll be back in a few years (as we like to rotate our hpb weeks)

If you are a HPB member, and looking for a family holiday, then look no further than Alfaix... Set in the wild and beautiful countryside of South Spain 🇪🇸... This place as a lot to offer both families and couples and single people a like of all ages... From kids club through to day trips out... There is three pools... Two for swimming and a family pool... There is a on site restaurant which do lovely food... There is a mini market a stone throw from the main site building and another restaurant... I would recommend hiring a car through HPB to travel the local area and visit the local beach... All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Love this place. The whole place is friendly. A delightful place to spend a holiday.

The site has the feel of a traditional Spanish village. The apartments are very comfortable and the staff go out of their way to be helpful.
