The Moroccan ceiling lamps that we ordered are simply exquisite and very well made. They are of a much higher quality than those found in souks in Marrakech or Fez. They arrived in perfect condition having been well packed. our interaction with business owner Sami Ourfali because of post-Brexit customs issues (we live in the UK) proved very straightforward. Sami was more than happy to respond to our queries at any time by WhatsApp. We are pleased to recommend Sami and his lamps.

Hemos quedado satisfechos con el producto y también con el servicio y la atención.
Las lamparas, de tamaño grande, venían muy bien embaladas y llegaron en perfecto estado y de acuerdo a las características que nos habían dado.

J'aurais souhaité mettre 0 étoiles mais on ne peut pas.
Entreprise malhonnête : envoie un produit défectueux et refuse ensuite que vous fassiez un retour pour échange en vous accusant de l'avoir abimé vous-même
Entreprise pas réactive : commande passée le 14/10/19 et reçue le 07/02/20 soit presque 4 mois après
Entreprise pas sérieuse : les produits indiqués "en stock" sur leur site ne le sont pas et cela retarde d'autant plus votre livraison
En résumé : à FUIR !!!! Ne vous laissez pas avoir !!!!
