Loved the pulpo (octopus) and beer was super cold. Perfect after the Camino walk.

Lovely raging wood fire with an old world feel bar, had a Bocadillos ( Ham and Cheese roll) with a Brandy and a Vino , the roll was large enough for the 2 of us and we enjoyed our time and food there

Hearty pilgrim meals, friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere with the outdoor seating and shade cover. The menu of the day is a bargain at 11€ and includes bread, starter, main, dessert, wine, and water. We were so full!

Underrated restaurant in my opinion (from reading previous reviews). You aren't going to get fine dining experience but what you will get is stomach full of hearty, local comfort food and tipsy from the wine (all for 12€ - see pilgrim menu) . What more could one ask for?

The bad reviews of here made me nervous, but 4 of us ate here and quickly those worries were lost!

The service was welcoming and friendly, there was a gentleman who spoke fluent English, and the food and atmosphere were great!

We ordered a few of the small plates, including the octopus, salad, fried steak, and cured meats, and all were delicious. The salad was the most basic, but everything else was delicious, well seasoned, and great portion sizes.

The wine was great, and the Santiago cake for dessert was so yummy!

Don’t let the bad reviews dissuade you, this place is great!

Family restaurant. Very good, suitable for a tired and hungry pilgrim who wants delicious local food served quickly. It is highly recommended

In mid November we had limited choices of restaurants. This turned out to be an excellent dinner.
