Hotel Pessets Restaurant & Spa

Wonderful. I needed a room as it was raining, I expected Hotel Pessets to be ridiculously expensive, but it wasn't. The lovely ladies on reception spoke English, which was a relief although by now my rudimentary Spanish was beginning to improve.
My room was spacious, water was hot, not a bad view from my window & breakfast, well, what to say? Stunning! I find it difficult to believe I wasn't asked to pay extra, but it was included. Free parking was an added bonus. All in a fantastic find, thank-you.

We chose this space for the Spa but we were really happy with the quality of the rooms and place for the price. You have to pay extra (14 euros) for one hour at the spa but it's worth it and the Spa is great with a wet and dry sauna and different kinds of showers etc...they also have a relaxing pool and beautiful garden

We were quite surprised by this hotel. Great interior and really good food. The town which is centered around the river was really cool with a great area to walk around.

I had lunch at Restaurant Pessets in Sort and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The restaurant also offered a great selection of Costers del Segre wines, which paired perfectly with the food. Overall, I highly recommend Pessets restaurant if you're in Sort and looking for a satisfying meal with great service.

Brilliant place to stay, with a wonderful pool area with bar. Good restaurant.
Rooms were clean, well presented & had air conditioning.

Free parking for our motorcycles was provided at a rear underground car park.

I've been coming to this hotel at summer since I'm a child, because Sort is my grand-mother birth town. I've had the best days here with my family. They treat us kindly and I've seen all the improvements they did over the years. Maybe decoration is a bit antique, but confort and food is awesome. Totally recommended.

If you see a lot of negative reviews it's because political reasons and revenge. The owner expressed support to the political prisoners related to the independence movement of Catalonia. Pro-unity fascist groups asked their members to low their reviews as a punishment, which I think it's horrendous. Please don't let them fool you... the place is great, staff is kind. You won't be disappointed and as far as I know, the political opinion of an individual doesn't affect to their job.

I stayed there by an off-chance as I was travelling and was looking for somewhere to stay for a single night. I arrived about 5.30 pm they had a vacancy an excellent roomier reasonable rate and as I was travelling by motorcycle they had a secure garage included in the room rate. I took advantage of their pool outdoor, a good size and not a 'plunge pool'. The room (342) was spotless, bath with shower over toiletries provided adequate towels, additional blankets in the wardrobe if required. An excellent breakfast with a good selection of fresh fruits, cheeses, cooked meats, bread and pastries, bacon sausage and boiled eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with good service, the breakfast seemed a tiny bit lacking compared to other hotels but was still good.

Unfortunately we did not get a chance to look at the pool as we were only there for one night so I am unsure if it was even open.

Small high quality dishes. Unique well thought out flavors, a nice break from the standard mountain food. Will be back!

Been coming here for family celebrations (wedding receptions, 1st communions etc.) for years and always impressed with the food, hospitality and the surrounding.

The food is really good, you can take a lot of different plates, and after a good dinner you can take a really good cocktail in the bar with a good service
