I would like to commend the team of employees who were working at this Cornella location on Monday, November 23rd. On the way to work (and while taking my children to school), my rear window was broken. This meant that we had to quickly try to tape what was left of the broken window and drive the children on to school. As I am a teacher myself, I was in a hurry to see if there could be a repair made before I had to teach children at 11:00 am. The staff at Carglass were extremely busy on a Monday morning at 9:00am but they greeted me straight away and showed exceptional customer service. They helped find a place for the car inside the garage, cleaned up the very big mess we had made taping the window and managed to place a temporary repair on the car within 1 hour!! I did not have an appointment until later in the day and they could have easily made me wait until then and find a solution for my students. However, they were so considerate and professional in working to help me make it to school and teach my class on time.

Thank you to the professional and considerate crew at Carglass this morning. I highly recommend this business.
