After a long search of the area and contact with many real estate agents, I contacted Tatjana tiredly on Sunday afternoon before leaving on Monday.

She speaks very good French, English, German, Spanish, even Russian and some Dutch.

Tatjana brings the right potential buyers to visit your property. Only serious people who can really afford it. So no unnecessary visits. She really knows the market and comes with the right potential buyers.
What we specifically liked is that she works alone. So not more, as quite usual in Spain, real estate agents on one property. If you’re looking for a private real estate agent to sell your property I can really recommend her.

Frau Wellem ist eine sehr nette, sympathische und kompetente Person. Sie scheut sich nicht die unendlichen Bürokratie, welche ein Hausverkauf mit sich bringt anzupacken und sehr gewissenhaft und ehrlich zu erledigen.
