It's great that we were able to have two small packages (worth €20) delivered to El Perelló properties. However, when we went to pick up the packages, Polly informed us that we had to pay €30 for the service. It would have been nice if she had informed us of this beforehand so we could have had them delivered somewhere else.

I expressed my disappointment to her and her response was "everybody is happy to pay this 🤔 Her actions were not very customer-friendly and felt like a rip-off.

As a result, we decided not to list our property with her. She may have missed out on a lot of earnings due to her greediness. By the way, our house was sold in no time.

This was not the first time that Polly charged us an excessive amount of money. She arranged for our car to be registered with a Spanish license plate, which also cost us a lot.💰🙈
