Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista

This hotel was spectacular. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it's very easy to access. The gym was better equipped than most hotel gyms. The location is on the outskirts, so you'll need to taxi to the old part of Toledo. My sister got very sick and they were very accommodating, letting us check out two hours late. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel, well maintained and beautifully furnished both inside rooms and in the lobby. Lovely spa and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The one caveat for me is the location. The hotel has a nice view, but is not near anything. All tourist activities, restaurants and shopping are a taxi ride away. Taxi into downtown is 12-15 euros each way. With multiple round trips per day for me, that got annoying.

Old school 5 stars were built to last for decades even centuries.

Very nice place. Staff was super friendly. We got a free upgrade for our room because the former occupant was still in the room when we arrived. It wasn't the hotel's fault but they gave us a better room with jacuzzi anyway. Spa was pretty nice too. We were the only ones there so it was nice. Finnish sauna was missing the water to throw to the kiuas.

Very nice hotel with very nice interior architecture design and finishes. I stayed in this hotel 3 nights and very well enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nicely located in a quiet and peaceful area.

Reception staff smiling, welcoming and very cooperative. Special thank you to the nice gentleman " Rolando " who helped me and my wife to get PCR tests urgently by calling and arranging appointments. Also, special thank you to nice lady " Maria " who helped me translating the PCR test results and to download them.

One of the best hotel chains in all of Europe and this one gives the best a run for its money. I love this place and will always go back here. The staff are professionals, some speak various languages and will do anything assist in providing only the best for your stay. Great amenities, amazing masseuse, fantastic pool and one awesome restaurant. If you are into hidden gems then you find great joy here!

Generally speaking this is a great hotel. Staff is attentive, the place is quiet, rooms are pretty wide, and the premises are clean and tidy. The SPA has two private suites besides the general public pool and premises. The breakfast offers a variety of fruits, buns, meats, and juices, and Nespresso brewed coffee. However a few little details should be better addressed, as one could think they are trying to cheap out in minor aspects that however are not expected in a 5-star hotel, like for example drawers were fake and not functional, and the flat TV was an old, outdated model.

Great and very well held hotel. Clean and feels good and boutique, the food is good, big rooms and very clean.
It has nice gardens which are really special.

The therapy pools and steam rooms are great after a day sightseeing. Not cheap but worthy. How many hotels can boast their own amazing art museum housed in architectural splendour? I was fascinated also by the Quixote restaurant and the staff which were charming and professional.

Sumptuous and luxurious 5-star restaurant where you can go to feel pampered like a prince. The morning breakfast buffet is spectacular but it gets very crowded--don't go down too late!

There is a very good room and furniture was also excellent. It was good to sightseeing. The pool was small and inconvenient to go, but I could still enjoy it.

Another great visit to this beautiful palace. the entrance is incredible and the spa even better. the rooms are great beds and nice bathroom. it is a must whe traveling to toledo

Very Nice place! Good food. We had some fresh fish "bonito". They also have a little museum!

The Spa area is very relaxing. It has different zones making it very complete. Also has a massage menu.

Beautiful hotel. Outwith city centre but the hotel provide a free shuttle bus every hour from 10am. Beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff
