Fortunately for us, we live about 2 hours away from Vejer de la Frontera and we most definitely plan on coming back. Carlos made our day so memorable! Not only is he easy to chat with, his knowledge of the sherry, food and the history of the town is outstanding. Please, if you are passing through this area, visiting this beautiful town and having a tour with Carlos is an absolute must!
(And in regard to the pandemic, all precautions were taken by Carlos and the places we visited. Everything felt safe and secure)

We did a hike with Carlos and it was amazing. Saw lots of things we would never see on our own. It was very interesting to learn the history of the area. The sights were breathtaking. I would recommend this tour to anyone in the area. 5*

We hired Carlos as our tour guide and had a fantastic day with him. First we hiked with him through the beautiful Estrecho natural park and then we went on a tapa tour through Cádiz. His knowledge is enormous and he is very kind and professional.
This time we didn't have time for a sherry tour, but when we come back next year we will definitely do it with him. Thank you Carlos for this great day and the perfect organisation.

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Carlos. It was easy to book, flexible and very affordable. They tour was great: extremely interesting, caring, personable guide, ready to adjust to the needs of the young and the old. Lot of information on history, culture, architecture, life in general. Carlos organised an outstanding sherry and tapas evening for us in Vejer. An interesting mix of venues, tasty local produce and a range of quality sherries.

Carlos is good company and has an excellent knowledge of sherry and regional food specialities. Having worked in the UK his English is perfect. His was very careful with matching tapas to our dietary requirements too. Just another example of his attention to detail.

If you are new to Vejer this is a great way to get to know some of the towns most interesting locations, bars and restaurants. If you know Vejer well you will still learn something new. A highly recommend experience.

My friends and I went on two tours with Explore la Tierra; the Sherry and Tapas and Discover White Villages. Perfect way to see the area, learn about food and drink and generally relax knowing all the hard work is taken out of it. Our guide (Carlos) was brilliant! I would really recommend this company!
