Mountain View Camp Site

This is not a legitimate campground. I should have known better before going out of my way to check this place out ... only a handful of reviews the past 5 years. When I visited, the whole property was a mud pit. Even if the grounds weren't a mud pit, there are no structured sites developed - no electricity, no hookups, etc. Just a mess. I checked out the 'bathrooms' (basically small, cramped dilapidated outhouses that weren't clean or organized in any way). Doesn't appear that wifi is a possibility ... or, signal insignificant. I couldn't find any hot water. I could go on and on ... just take my warning and avoid. It's the first time in 40 years of cycling/camping that I left a campground after viewing ... it was that bad. I just wish I had taken pictures to document this but I had already wasted an entire morning getting to this remote site. By the way, I'm used to 'roughing it' without any amenities but the ambience here was scary and not acceptable.
