Very helpful and friendly Director and his staff. Quite a few speak English which is a pleasant change compared to quite a few other local companies. Store is well laid out, only let-down is the delivery company - they were not very good at working out how to get an item( sofa) through a doorway and needed to smile a bit !!!

Very helpful staff do not speak English but did their best to assist problem was we had cash to pay with but in Spain cannot purchase anything over 1000 euro in cash but they helped to resolve the situation

We had never heard of Conforama before today. Our fridge freezer went kaput and we were looking for a replacement. Visited all the usual culprits and came across Conforama. We found what we were looking for and at a better price than anywhere else.
I particularly dislike being 'swooped' upon when entering a shop. The staff here smiled and said hello but kept their distance until needed. The assistant was then very charming and efficient. For someone who dislikes shopping I was very pleased with the experience.

We went to Nueva Condomina to purchase a freezer. It was difficult to find exactly what we wanted but we discovered it in Conforama. My Spanish is not good but the staff were so friendly and helpful I didn’t have to worry. The whole process was very smooth, quick and inexpensive! I would definitely shop at Conforama again!
