I can’t praise Voss Homes enough for the standard of service we have received from them helping us purchase our first home in Spain. They took time to understand our requirements, were patient and really helpful in helping us with our concerns and questions and Hannah went out of her way to find us some amazing properties to visit. The service after acceptance of our offer was also the best we have ever had from any estate agent and Anna was brilliant with her advice and answering my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Voss Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in The Huércal-Overa and Surrounding areas. Well done team Voss!

We have recently bought a house in Spain. Sadly it wasn't with Voss Homes, BUT, our experience with them was SO good that it was worth posting a review. Of all the agents we dealt with, Voss were the ones who always remembered us when we called and could recall our details. They confirmed appointments quickly and responded to any emails within a very short space of time. We were very impressed. On the day of the visit to the house they showed us, Hannah was an absolutely delight and so lovely to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble.
So, maybe we didn't buy through them, but our experience has left us wanting to recommend them to anyone who wishes to buy, sell or rent in the future.

The thought of buying a house is daunting, especially in another country. However Jess,Anna and the staff at Voss Homes have made this effortless. We cannot recommend them enough. The information we received about local trades etc was so helpful. It took seven weeks to the day of putting our deposit down to completion. Amazing. Just bought a three bed, two bath villa with pool from Voss homes. The whole experience was a delight, I am as Voss will agree very particular and driven by what I wanted. I was shown many many properties that met my criteria (some more than once) and provided with accurate timely advice when required. When we arrived in Spain 5 years ago we went with Voss Homes to buy our first house. For us the whole process was easy and no communication issues.
So when we decided to sell and start an adventure in another location Voss were the ones we called. We got a good service and I would recomnend them.

I don't usually leave reviews, I didn't even purchase a house from this agency because we simply fell in love with another area but I only have the best words for them. Extremely professional, very friendly and they go through all the steps without any pressure. I had a lovely agent called Karen twice and both times I found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I moved to Spain back in 2016 and purchased a country property in February 2018 through Voss Homes. Straightaway, I was impressed with their knowledge, patience and helpful attitude. But it did not end with the sale. In 2020, the pandemic hit and I was stuck without transport, Anna very kindly did my grocery shopping for me and brought it out to the house. Later that same year, I broke my hip in a cycling accident, while in hospital, Anna helped me over the phone and Hannah and Adele from the office helped sort out some administration issues prior to my hospital release. Once I had left, Anna found somewhere for me to stay where I would have help for a very short interim period before I was able enough to return to my more isolated property. Once there, Anna again brought my groceries for me. Not sure what I would have done without their help.

In 2021 I decided to sell my house and there was only going to be one obvious choice who would be the best to achieve that. Voss Homes had recently added a video option for advertising properties and they made a smashing job of it. It looked so good in the video that it made me even sadder that I had to sell it actually. However, I have to give a shout out to Karen from Voss at this point as she had a couple looking for a country property who hadn't considered my place at all, but she thought it might be just what they were looking for and it was she who steered them in my direction. They fell in love with the place and are now the happy owners!
