Café Bar Bocadilleria Pibe

Had a great lunch experience here on Christmas Day! It was a beautiful day and the tables outside were all busy - one of the hosts promptly offered seating inside. Push through the narrow entrance and it opens up into an inviting area inside the cave, which was a cool place to have lunch if you can’t get the views of the Alhambra out front. The hosts were super warm and friendly despite our poor Spanish. The food and drinks were all delicious, including local delicacies which were new to us. We intended to split the chicken and almond pie, but it was so good we ordered another. The pio nono for dessert was easily better than the one we had at the place known for pio nonos in the busy area down the hill. Thanks to the friendliness of the hosts, the experience in the cave and the quality of the food and drink, we will remember this meal for a while.

Cute little terrace to have a drink with a view. They offer free chips and cheese with your drink. The owner is very nice

Great spot with great service. Perfect quiet ‘cave’ with outdoor seating to view the Alhambra from equal heights. Much better than down below in the tourist spots! Free tapas with every cheap drink (€2 beers).

I can't comment on the food as we didn't have any, just a few canas of beer, but it came with the usual portions of good quality tapas. Full marks for location. We managed to grab seats out front on a warm afternoon, and the ambience was gorgeous

We started celebrating my husband's birthday here after a flamenco show. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, as were the locals. Outdoors offers views of Alhambra and indoors is an amazing cave. We will absolutely visit again. Not to be missed!

We had an amazing experience there! Authentic food and local spirits. I’m vegetarian and they had a local dish on the menu for vegetarians. The service was very hospitable and courteous. It’s a small cozy cave inside with amazing views outside. They specialize in local cuisine. Go with an open mind and heart and don’t expect your “typical” tourist vibe! They’ll treat you like family 😊

Perfect place to get the real Granada experience. The staff is super nice & friendly but don’t expect them to speak English.

One of the most astounding views of the Alhambra, lovely waiters with personality and a love for the place and food. Simple tapas and a place where time disappears.

We found this place by accident, it is very cool, and some of the seating is in a cave. Despite the language barrier the owner was very welcoming and we had some very nice sangria and lovely food. At the end he offered us some local honey rum which was very very nice.

Had a great time here on a hot afternoon. Their sangria was amazing and the hospitality from Ahmed made for a highlight of our visit to Granada. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink and some tapas (you get a different round with each drink you order). Despite us not speaking Spanish and him not speaking English, we managed to engage in some great conversation with the help of Google!

Great place to stop and get home made simple food. Delicious bean dish, which we could choose between the vegetarian or meat option. Great tomato salad, home grown. Very authentic and of course great view of the Alhambra.
