Excellent service & answered all of my questions quickly & truthfully. Delivery was exceptionally quick & my bike packaged very well & securely. The bike was in excellent condition & friends thought I’d bought a brand new bike. I would recommend Tuvalum for their quality & reliability.

I chose a BMC Teammachine bike on Tuvalum site. But when Tuvalum techs checked the bike they found some cracks so they informed me that they can't sell this bike. I have chosen another bike among the selection made by Tuvalum. I received it a few days later in perfect condition. Just an adjustment of the front derailleur to do as I requested to replace the chainring from 52/36 to 50/34. I am very happy to have chosen Tuvalum as a second-hand bike provider with all the guarentees they bring.

Was reluctant to buy a bike online but came across this company. Their pitch was pretty compelling and seemed to counter my objections. Had several calls and exchanged lots of WhatsApp message with one of their staff Travis about different bikes. Found him to be super helpful and responsive even after I got the bike and had a few questions about it and it’s assembly. Would recommend!

The whole process was smooth and professional. The mechanic found a minor fault with the bike which the seller paid to rectify with a new part. I was kept well informed. Delivery followed promptly. The bike is in excellent condition and looks like new, and has been very well prepared. Communication with advisors was always clear and detailed. I would fully recommend buying a pre-owned bike with Tuvalum. The decision to replace my 10 year old Cinelli racer with an Orbea Orca Aero was a very good one.
