Honestly was very sceptical based in the reviews but ordered on two occasions now and I can't fault them. Item arrives to ireland within 7 days the tracking and communication is better than domestic companies. The prices also are unmatched, will be ordering again.

Saw some of the reviews and was a little wary. I'm in the US so the expected delivery was 3 and 1/2 weeks. It arrived in two and 1/2 weeks with good communication along the way.

Excellent reel, i use these for lure fishing from my boat. My local tackle shop couldn’t get my second reel. So luckily i found the website. Delivery was fast than expected. Very pleased with the service provided.

Based on 6-7 orders, I have to say it's one of the most reliables. Good selection, good prices and the delivery is usually faster than expected. Sometimes they have warehouse issues so some of the items marked as available are not ready to ship, but it's easy to cross them off if you decide to have your order without those. Also, in a few occasions refund can take a bit longer but generally I have no complaints on that either. And most importantly their customer service is impeccable. So far my experience ordering from this store has been nothing but perfect. I understand they are based in Spain. Delivery to Bulgaria took just over a week, so extraordinarily great - price for items was around 30% discounted to what I would have paid here. The only issue is, if I wanted to return anything, it would cost me 16 euro to do so, which is a bit steep, considering I could pay way less returning with the standard post office.
Overall, pretty great, will order again and i have no idea where all the bad reviews are coming from…perhaps I was lucky or the store has improved immensely but my experience has been great.
