Gorgeous little place with an excellent host. Javier was such a pleasure, he made sure to share some great food and attraction spots.

Lovely filling breakfast to set you up for the day with ample options.

You definitely will need a car to get you about as the location is secluded.
It's in a lovely spot for some local walks close by.

Wonderful stay. Hotel is beautiful with superb views of the snow capped mountains and river. Room was always spotless clean, with clean linens every day. Host is on top of everything. Simple yet great quality breakfast that Javier was happy to accommodate timing in case of need. Will definitely stay again.

As always, very welcoming host, beautiful location, good clean rooms and ample continental breakfast. Easy access off motorway and short drive to Santander ferry terminal. Another very pleasant stay. Makes the stress of the ferry and long drive from Rojales, Alicante a more pleasing experience.

Posada Lunada is a beautiful property, only twenty minutes outside of Santander port and in a quiet, scenic area. The building itself is beautiful and well-kept, impeccably clean and with lovely views. We loved the off-road parking around the back, and the great breakfast. We will definitely call in again if we need somewhere to stay before our ferry home!

We loved Posada Lunada. Javier is extremely attentive, and really tries to make each group’s stay the best possible, from giving proposed itineraries depending on what you’re interested in seeing (including good restaurants!), to being caring and understanding with small children. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and clean, and the garden with the play house and toys, as well as the chickens, were a lot of fun for the kids. And we loved sitting by the fire in the evenings. Last but not least: breakfast - truly delicious. Among the best I’ve had! Thank you Javier and family!

A very good place to stay. Accommodation is clean and welcoming. The owner is friendly and helpful with local information and ideas of where to go and things to do. Breakfast was presented in a unfussy fashion.

Se preocupan para que tu estancia sea agradable, la limpieza es impecable, las sábanas de algodón y los desayunos son riquísimos. José Javier es encantador y te facilitará toda la información que necesites, tips de lugares que visitar y donde comer, además que la ubicación de la Posada Lunada es ideal porque está cerca de muchos sitios de interés pero en un lugar tranquilo. Ideal para pasar varias noches y visitar los alrededores.

Estábamos de paso camino a Galicia y fue una excelente parada. El cuarto impecable, todo es de buena calidad.
El desayuno es muy completo y todo el servicio súper profesional.
Javier fue muy paciente y nos dio buenas recomendaciones.

Hemos estado la semana santa y en cuanto llegamos Javier nos indicó los sitios a visitar y donde poder comer. Es muy amable y muy atento.La habitación cómoda y súper limpio todo, el desayuno de diez. Muy buena ubicación.
