We very nervously bought a car online having been recommended by a friend from Adrian at CarOutlet.es and are delighted with our purchase.
We are now the owners of a 2015 plate Nissan Qashqai which looks like brand new having collected it seamlessly from Plane Parking on arrival at Murcia airport.
Adrian sent us videos, kept us fully updated and even accommodated a last minute date change due to a family illness.
We now just hope mechanically we don’t need to use the warranty.

I found a nice looking car on the website Caroutlet.es in Ondara marina . Made some calls and WhatsApp messages later . Nancy Sendra reserved the car after we made a small payment for this . We discussed what papers are needed to purchase the car , send them and soon accepted . Next day we went to see the car , testdriveand after payment and 1,5 hour shopping we drove home . I cannot recommend Caroutlet.es enough. Adrian was amazing, he held my hand through every step of the way to make this as simple and easy as possible. We found a car we liked online through their web page, Adrian sent me many photos, videos and answered all my questions quickly. I was a little nervous to buy with out seeing, as not done this before but needing a car quickly in Spain with no transport it was my only option. I didn’t have to worry at all Adrian took care of all the paperwork and legals over email and messages, super quick he turned it around in 24 hours. ( I needed the car delivered before we were back to UK with very little time) He organised delivery to our home in Spain, the car was EXACTLY as described and in great condition. Glen delivered it and was fab too, explained all the workings of the car … then when I was asking question about taxing / Mot (ITV) in the future he kindly spent the time to explain the process and what to do. A stress free experience, and a great car. I would use again and definitely recommend. Adrian also worked with me in posting the 2nd part of log book ( green part that comes after) to ensure all received when we were in Spain. Thank you Adrian and Glen.

Fantastic experience buying my first Spanish car. Lia was so knowledgeable and very professional, and spoke perfect English which was a bonus for me! The car was immaculate, full service history, given a full valet, and even delivered to my door in Teulada. I would definitely recommend the caroutlet in Ondara and ask for Lia as she was so helpful and sorted all the documentation. I love my car and would definitely use these guys again.

The test of a good business isn’t the shiny bits, it how the business reacts when things go wrong. I arranged a test drive of a Kia Niro and paid a deposit to ensure it was still there when I arrived (I live some distance away) and not already sold. I arrived for my test drive but on booking I didn’t realise that it was fiesta week and many staff would be on holiday (august) and of course some off sick with Covid.
I was met by one of the family members of the business who arranged for the car to be brought around for our test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car and answered all our questions so that we could understand the workings of this car. There was no hard sell and although I had placed a 250 euro deposit on this car, if I didn’t like it I would get it back. I was offered several other cars to test drive but decided to go with my gut and buy the Kia Niro Hybrid. While I was arranging transfer of funds from the U.K. I had further requests for information about the car and details to arrange the insurance. Lia with the patients of Job made sure I received everything and was totally happy with the car before purchase. Once the transfer of funds went through the company delivered the car to my home free of charge which saved me a long trip to collect it. I fully recommend this company and am very happy with my purchase and the exceptional service and attention I received during the test drive and purchase, nothing was too much trouble, thank you.
