BMW Fersán - Dénia

My husband Daniel Ackx had a problem with car. We went to the garage this morning, got a quotation immediately and the spare part was delivered from Valencia this afternoon. At 18:30 we left the garage with a repaired car. As we should leave Spain on Friday to return to Belgium, we were VERY happy. SUPER service from the garage, very friendly staff.

Over the last few months the service and attention which I have received from the After Sales team at Fersan, El Verger, has been excellent. I have had several software problems with my BMW iX but I cannot speak highly enough of their Manager, Rafael Marin, who has always been professional, helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service. Had a problem with Connected Drive which needed a software update, telephoned Monday, booked in for today Thursday, all sorted within a couple of hours, telephone call to me to say all done. Also gave the car a good wash, which was nice as it was covered with flies from our drive down to Spain from the U.K. 5 stars.
Wish I’d dealt with them from day one instead of trying to get help from my local dealer in the UK!

Excelente trabajo y atención sobre mi vehículo,
han resuelto cambio de neumáticos, cita ITV y duplicado de papeles perdidos, coche de sustitución cuando lo he necesitado y mantenimiento anual con perfección y puntualidad.
Hasta ahora la mejor agencia de BMW que he tratado, seguiré llevando mi coche sin duda con el equipo de Rafael. Felicitaciones por el trabajo que realizan cada día y la atención a sus clientes!
He recomendado a varios amigos q tienen bmw para q se pasen a esta agencia.
Están a veces más de 12 horas trabajando, el teléfono a tope y no se como hacen pero les dan solución a cada problema q ingresa al taller.
