A great place to visit. Lots of stalls selling fresh food (meat, fish, fruit & veg, dairy etc.), dried goods and flowers.
There's everything you're likely to need, at great prices.

There's also café-bar stalls, where you can have a drink (and people-watch!), or a cheap bite to eat; Bar Viciano is particularly recommended.

It is open from 7am, daily except Sunday. Get there early: it closes at 3pm, though most of the stalls start packing up before then, and the bars have stopped serving food.

Great market with amazing fresh produce and fish and meat. Also lots of places to stop and eat. Great breakfast places and lunch options too. Don't miss this on a visit to Denia.

Excellent local fresh food market. Everything from fresh fish, meats, vegetables, fruits, cheese, breads, etc. Stalls are well managed with friendly and helpful staff.

Good fresh produce to buy found a small bar to relax in and have tapas well worth the visit.

We waited around 20 minutes for a table of five and it was worth the wait!
The two people working there are very nice and understanding. We took 2 cocas de hidago de monkfish, pimientos, pulpo (amazing) and pan, tomato and mustard with hamburger meat on it. We also took 7 cañas and everything was very good.

This is a real market hall, not one that has been exclusively converted into bars for tourists.
Come here in the morning for local cured meats (Maite is my favourite), cheese, olives, fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and of course fresh fish from the port of Dénia.
Stop for “almuerzo” - a sepia bocadillo would be my suggestion - big enough for two - or maybe swing by the wine & tinned fish shop for a glass of vermouth and a tapa.

Brilliant place, it's great for fresh local produce, it's cool ( aircon ), there are flower sellers and four small bars.
The hustle and bustle is something to experience.
Best though is the quality of the food.

Every day vegetables could be bought there. A couple of nice traditional pubs inside. All Fridays local farmers sell vegetables and fruits. A great day to visit. Parking is difficult that day so park in the payed parking underground center Denia or somewhere first you see.

Great 'old fashioned' market hall. The best place to buy fresh produce. Really good butchers and delicatessen. Also excellent cheese shops.

Always a pleasure to shop here, we can never understand why so few British expats dont use this as their first stop for fresh meat, fish, fruit, veg cheeses and GREAT wine bars if which there must be nearly 10!

Very authentic place. Incredible choice of local products. Bought great wine and olive oil.
