Optical Center

The store owner, who speaks French, assisted my husband in fixing the new glasses he ordered from an Optical Center store in Paris while we were on vacation in Valencia. Unfortunately, the new lenses didn’t match his vision. The owner and his colleague provided a free assessment of the lenses and his vision, and then contacted the store in Paris to communicate the necessary changes. A few days later, the Paris store informed us that they would send the new lenses to an Optical Center near our next holiday destination in August, so they can be replaced. Thank you for your assistance ! 🤗

My glasses from England were super loose so I went to get them tightened. The staff were super helpful and did it for me, free of charge! They fit very well now, thanks so much!

The manager, Benjamin, helped us when in a tight spot - my boyfriend's glasses had broken and although a simple fix, we couldn't do it ourselves. Benjamin to the rescue! He was so helpful and friendly and wouldn't accept any money. Absolutely lovely place. Muchas gracias Benjamin!!

Fantastic..they were really patient with me as I was undecided about frames etc, I would highly recommend this establishment, as they are super professional and really cheap.Lots of products to choose from. I got my progressive glasses for 138 euros everything included. Would recommend to everyone.

The first time I went to Optica was about 6 months ago to have my prescription checked. They saw me as a walk-in right away, did the exam, and told me the prescription was still good, thereby depriving themselves of a sale during a pandemic when there are few customers. This week, I returned to change the prescription in the frames of my glasses. I went in Wednesday morning and my glasses were ready Friday morning. Everyone there is incredibly kind. I'm very happy.
