El Sequer Casa Rural

Have really enjoyed my stay here! Family run hotel that makes you feel very welcome. They are very helpful and attentive! Very nice period rooms, with more than ample space. The breakfast is delightful 😋 marmalade made from the orange groves. If you like fresh orange in the morning? It doesn't come more fresher 👍 There is a honesty bar and lounge area to relax and a nice courtyard area where you can sit outside. The walk-in shower is amazing!

One of the best places and experiences I had in Spain. The vibe is amazing and Rosa will make your stay so welcoming. It really felt like a family reunion although we never met. Breakfast is so delicious and the pool is such a nice touch. I would love to live at this place. Will be coming again!

Beautiful stay at this remote gem. The place is wonderful and is located in a large garden with plenty of orange trees. It's actually an orange orchard on the premises. There is no noise and the only sound one can hear are the birds singing in the tall pine trees surrounding the 7 bedroom house. Rooms are very clean, the staff is amazing and friendly, and everything is done at a superior level.

This is our favourite place in Spain. It's not just the rustic charm of the beautiful building or the peaceful and quiet orange gardens that it sits in, it's the people that own it and work in it. There is a genuine kindness and warmth from them. I have found this with many of the people from this area. They have time for you.

The breakfasts are superb, everything you could want and as much as you can eat.

I almost don't want to write another review as I want to keep this place a secret.

Amazing people, amazing place, delicious breakfast. We ended up staying for a week it was that good. Can’t wait to go back. ( We stayed 3 years ago and have been unable to return due to Covid 🤞we will be there soon, sorry just getting round to reviewing now )

This Hidden Gem is like home from home in atmosphere, yet like The Ritz with its elegant surroundings....
Pablo goes above and beyond to help every guest get the most out of their visit to Oliva. Rosa and the housekeeping team do an amazing job of keeping this fabulous estate in tip top condition. The attention to detail is incredible... there's also a magic Fairy or Elf that builds a beautiful fire on a winters night in either the dining room or the hallway...he seems to anticipate where you may be spending the evening. Home grown oranges, freshly squeezed for OJ with breakfast along with Rosa's homemade marmalade and cake, completes the wholesome family feel that this special place has.
It is steeped with family history that Pablo will tell you about if you ask him nicely.
We love this place, and are always made to feel very special... that's just Pablos speciality!
I highly recommend this extraordinary place, but selfishly hope that it will always have "room at the Inn" for Greg and I

The El Sequer is a paradise, a perfect oasis located right outside the town of Oliva.
When You arrive to Casa Rural, served by the attentive staff. You feel like You are visiting a piece of romantic history. The beautyful interior is preserved with Beautiful antique furniture, yet everything is comfortable and well maintained. The garden is a perfect getaway from the hot Spanish sun, were You also have acess to a Lovely poolarea. There are lots of space and feels very private. The host is an increadible concierge that pays attention to everything. Perfect in every way!

Wonderful historic location.
The owner is always on site and very wecoming and helpful. The staff feels more like family. This is really a wonderful place to stay.

Belle chambre avec terrasse fleurie. Cadre calme...Magnifique jardin entouré d orangers. Petit déjeuner complet délicieux avec jus d orange frais pressé . Personnel au petit soin et parlant français. C est un petit bijou ou l on serait bien resté plus longtemps.

Excelente! Un sitio sumamente agradable, bonito y cómodo. Perfecto para ir con niños y mascotas. La casa preciosa y de muy buen gusto, piscina idílica y naranjos maravillosos. La atención no se queda atrás, super amables.

Un sitio donde pasar mucho tiempo ya que te sientes como en casa, te cuidan y te miman todo el rato, te lo hacen muy fácil.
Las instalaciones muy grandes y limpias, tienes parking y piscina que son una pasada.
Los dueños son increíbles ,tienes desayuno incluido en el precio que es maravilloso y muy natural.
Para los más peques tienen juegos tanto de mesa como de piscina
Hemos pasado unos días muy agusto.
Si estáis por la zona no lo dudéis.

Wir waren 6 Tage vor Ort. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Super aufmerksames uns freundliche Menschen. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit super Pool. Sehr zu empfehlen.
