Highly professional and the most friendly store. They have a huge selection of all Orbea bikes on display. Beautiful!!

Such a great spot for cycling enthusiasts, or anyone really, to hang out and drink excellent coffee. Some of the best I have tried. It reminds me a bit of a Rapha clubhouse, but way less snobby. Really chill atmosphere.

My shopping experience was exceptional. The orbea team are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I spent just under an hour in store and had been shown multiple bikes whithin peramiters they had asked me. I was offered a demo ride around Barcelona pn the orbea orca m30 in my size amd was allowed ride every bike they recomended in store which further helped me choose the right bike. Furthermore the amazing team in store cleared up any queries i had and drastically improved my bike fit. This is a much more seamless and natural experience than than in any other bike store.

Very very nice people work there, in the service center in particular. Went for a revision of my bicycle which was made by Leandro, very happy of the result and attention of the guys. Thank you!

Just stumbled upon and was looking for a light so got them here. It was as cheap as what you can find on Amazon so got one. Other places were bit over priced imo. Let's see how long it lasts tho. I guess you can ask at any bike shops but I asked to air my tires and they did it right away so thanks for that as well

Friendly team and quick and perfect service. I enjoyed buying my new Orca Aero bike there during my holidays at Costa Brava.
A short call in the morning and I picked up the bike already in the afternoon.
Also nice showroom for all Orbea products. I loved it!

The staff Julian, Jordee and Oscar are great and helpful. This place has the best and highest quality bikes and gear. The store is also big, well maintained and provides a great shopping experience!

Really recommend the whole Orbea Team of Orbea Campus Barcelona. Everyone is passionate about the bikes made in Basque Country. In addition to the excellent bicycles, the team also offers bike fitting this year to adjust the bike to your needs.

They are always helpful and easy returns for different sizes. Everything you need for bikes, gear, etc

The staff is really helpful and professional. They have a workstation inside the store for maintenance. Also, They are selling high quality equipments.

An Update, This updated post is not meant as a compliment of the “Orbea sales process” - nor the exceptional Orbea bike. It is arguably MUCH more important - it is a huge compliment to the Barcelona team of Riccardo delivering day to day Orbea repairs and service! I ride my e bike really, really hard - 60 kilometers per day (With my son on the back along with His sport and school kit). I need the bike perfect - so - Every time I take the bike in for a service? The team just steps up and repairs it - fast and perfectly. Thanks for your patience guys. That’s the FIRST reason we buy Orbea !

Update. after the above post and 60km per day for 2 years - going up the steepest Barcelona hill daily 2x per day, on Collserola tracks, The electric motor sheared off the frame! ouch. It was a 50>50 call, was I to blame or was it just 'part fatigue'? Orbea and the service team debated it and came down on my side and repaired the whole thing under warranty / new motor / new brackets ; Thats the SECOND reason we buy Orbea, they back the quality of their product and always seem to come down on 'your side'.

We had a great time in the shop thanks to Julian :) also ended up buying a bike and might soon come for the second one. Thanks!

Great place. All the people there are super helpful and friendly, they got me fully set up with a new bike and all the necessary gear for my riding style.

Just got my bike serviced. The staff were super helpful and prices where reasonable

Went there to inquire about a box to ship my touring bike (non Orbea) back to the states from my bike tour of Catalunya. They said no problem and when I returned in 2 weeks they had a box available for me. So nice and happy to help. I inquired at one of those bike city tour companies near Plaza Catalunya and they were going to charge 20 euros. Orbea gave me all kinds of padding and the fork protector (all the packing that come with the bike from the factory). I can't express enough how great they were and didn't want anything in return....I think I see an Orbea hardtail in my future!

Excellent bike shop with good bikes, accessories, clothing, etc. The sales staff know bikes well. Several are quite proficient at English, in particular when it comes to bikes. They have good road and mountain bikes and a good repair shop. I highly recommend Orbea Campus Barcelona.

If you are planning to purchase your dream bike, ORBEA CAMPUS BARCELONA is the best place to go. They have a very professional, friendly and accommodating staff.. The best client care so far..
