I was there twice and each time I received my bike in perfect condition, beyond my expectations to be honest. The guys in there are extremely nice, solid, honest and reliable - especially David. I got my bike fixed very fast. It was worth every single € spent. Final impression when you get your bike is priceless!!! Very well recommended.

Whilst in BCN, my BMC road bike required some urgent maintenance.
I'd been to Riders Boutique before (chain replacement) and I went back for assistance.
I was really glad that i'd made a decision to return, as I met David (great guy) in the workshop.
I was able discuss my maintenance issues in english and David was able to diagnose and identify the problems with the bike very easily (even the ones I wasn't aware of).
This put me at ease straight away and I could relax about the bike again!
Summary:
-Shimano rear shifter cable (was actually broken) replaced.
-Front wheel trued.
-Shimano rear wheel hub / bearings serviced (special thanks).
-New and fitted bar tape (comfortable Lizard Skins - purchased within the store), picture attached.
So a very special thanks to David (very good knowledge and advice) and the other guys in the workshop for maintaining my bike!
Great customer service, 5 stars and very easy to register your details at the store (e-mail, phone, SMS) for service updates.
Also if your just passing by it maybe just worth popping in (just off Plaza España) to look at some of the bikes and equipment on offer (top stuff)!

I made a bike fitting here several months ago. Today I setup tubeless tires. All good. I am happy with the service.

We visited Riders Boutique Barcelona on our last day after a lot of walking and were really impressed with our meals, such light ciabatta rolls with our burgers which were really tasty. The staff were very friendly and there was a quirkiness about the bicycle accessories in the spotless restaurant. Speaking to the very friendly Martina, she explained about the connection with the bicycle boutique adjoining and the free flow of access when both are open. Great food and atmosphere, would thoroughly recommend.
