It's the second experience I have with MALCO rent a car, every time everything was very ok, cars with few km, no problems during trips, I always opted for full insurance, and the deposit with them is only 100 euro. I strongly recommend for those who need a car.

Excellent service and cost. Great new car. Rented 7 days a VW Polo 5828 km onboard with apple carplay, lane assist, autopilot and 5 l/100km average consumption in 1355 km. Traveled to Alicante, Barcelona, Valencia and a lot of remote beaches. Rental + full insurance costed 162 euro + 30 euro for 305 km(exceeded 1050km included in rental). Fuel for 1355 km costed 97 euro. I paid 100 euro as security and they just refunded 70 euro (100 - 30 for the exceeded km). I hope you can keep it like this in the future. Thanks again.

It was an absolutely amazing experience to rent a car from MALCO. This is exactly how renting a car should work, which is never the case with large companies!

I was greeting with a very nice smile from the lady at the counter, my papers were ready in 2 copies: one for me, one for the company. After a short explanation on the rental conditions, I just had to sign their document and I was on my way.

Deposit requested: 100 EUR - I got it back in 48 hours, which is very nice indeed.

I have received the exact car I booked, which is again amazing and it never happens with large companies.

They accept credit and debit cards, however, you should have with you the credit card that you used for the reservation (which is a reasonable request)

Their parking lot is just outside the airport, so it went indeed extremely smooth.

At return, and since our flight was early in the morning, I just left the keys at the counter and received the deposit back in 48 hours.

TIP: Fill in your details before the arrival. It will take you 3 minutes to take the car!

Best car hire experience I've ever had. No excess, zero upselling, efficient and friendly staff, reasonable rates, no funny business and a solid car (VW Polo). I'd fly to this airport again, simply to hire frm Malco.

Having been completely ripped off by Spanish rental companies before I was more than hesitant going back to try again with a new company. Malcolm have restored my faith in car hire companies. We booked a Volkswagen Golf but were given a new qashqai instead, a great surprise and it was spotless. The only thing to worry about was filling it up before dropping it back which we did. At no point was there any hassle or confusion or hidden charges. I will use them again!

Rent a Malco car for the fourth time. No problems and a Polo is enough for a business trip to Valencia. Always nice people at the counter. CU guys next time

Really fast and easy process.
You reserve online , you present the documents, you sign a paper ,you pay and that's it.

Returning the car is even easier, just leave the key at the office or put it in a hole in the front kf the office if no one is there.

Hired a car for one week in February 2024. Exceptionally good service and very kind friendly staff. Efficient and quick pick up and return (drop off) of the hire car. The car was a VW Polo and was in excellent condition, a pleasure to drive. I can highly recommend this company, they are honest people and have great hire cars and customer service.

So easy to communicate with Malco and the process on the day was seamless. No hidden costs or confusion with terms of rental. Was very surprised to receive notification of our deposit being returned so quickly. Could not recommend highly enough. Very happy customer!

Great service from Malco as usual for a weekend car hire. Quick and efficient when picking up and no problems dropping off the key (as office was closed) when returning. Deposit was also refunded swiftly into my account. very professional car rental service with no add on fees.

Great experience for a normal service! They were great and didn't complain even I parked the car in the large parking lot in front of the airport (not in their parking lot) and my child vomited on him and their child seat and I completely forgot to mention about it, due to the fact me and my family (4) was almost lose the flight ( the seat is a very basic seat, but this is what you get from all the renting companies, unfortunately).
They also refunded my the whole small warranty amount (100euros)

a very friendly lady gave us the keys (17-02-2024 at 19:00 hour)
and the car was nice and clean. The price was good and no hidden insurance. the €100 deposit for the fuel we got back whitin 24 hours. next time we will again rent at Malco.

It was my first experience with Malco company, but not furst as renting cars. I can only compare this company to Sixt in DE. It is even faster and better. If you are looking for good company in neighbourhood - Malco is a perfect choice. Good price and quality.

The whole process was great. The lady from the rent-a-car office was very nice. The car was in perfect condition. For sure i will use Malco for my future travels.

I am very happy to add to the overwhelming number of positive reviews of this rental company. I regularly rent cars abroad and this was the very best experience I have ever had.

I was travelling with 2 toddlers and was so grateful for the efficiency and understanding of the representative, Maria. Car seats were there and ready to go and had the car within 15 minutes of arriving at the back of a fairly sizable queue.

I'm not surprised, having now looked at the reviews that this is so well rated.
