Charming, clean, quiet, and in an ideal location for exploring Bilbao. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Stayed 2 nights here, everything was perfect. Price, location, hospitality! So happy we chose to stay here. Will definitely come back if we visit Bilbao again.

Loved our stay here: the hotel is right in the centre of the old town and very close to excellent bars. The soundproofing is really good — we couldn’t hear the street from our room when the window was shut. Lovely staff and a big room with a very modern bathroom. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Bilbao.

I highly recommended this hotel. Perfect location and spacious bedroom ! They were really kind, I was feeling bad and they offered me a tea. Besides, we needed to take taxi and they ordered it for us. Do not hesitate to go there. ☺

A great hotel - very central and buzzy but the street is mainly restaurants so it’s pretty quiet after about 11pm. The staff were great, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was generous too. Would stay again!

I can't stress enough how incredible this B&B is! The rooms are modern, clean and cool. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took their time guiding us through maps & making sure we knew where we were going. Plus, the location of this place is hard to beat! You're in the middle of Old Town, surrounded by dozens of the best tapas places and bars. One amazing thing I should mention: We were there during the big festival in August, but the room was completely sound proof even as marching bands went by the hotel. Also, if you put in the special request box during booking that you want a balcony, the staff will accommodate and you'll have an amazing view! Can't recommend this place enough!

Great location in the centre of the old city. The hotel is charming and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We really hope to stay there again sometime. Many thanks for making us feel so welcome.

The room was roomy and glad we chose balcony. Double glazing works well as no noise from street when windows closed. Aircon worked well

Absolutely loved staying here with my partner. In a perfect location and the staff was lovely. Quaint, beautiful, and feels like home. Would stay here again in a heart beat :)

Love the character and charm of Iturrienea Ostatua. It was very clean and quiet. The bedroom was modern with a very comfy bed, and the shower was modern as well. After a long day of walking around, we looked forward to coming back to the quiet, peaceful room. Iturrienea Ostatua is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

The location is perfect. Located in the old town of Bilbao, close to lots of restaurants and shops with easy access to the Metro.

Our host Daniel was very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us very good recommendations on where to eat locally in the old town. We ate at both his recommendations, and loved them both. Daniel also recommended that we take the Metro and visit the towns of Portugalete and Gexto. We are so glad we went there. We had a great day, walking along the beach from Portugalete to Puerto Viejo and then having a quick bite to eat in the old town of Gexto.

Would highly recommend you stay here if you are planning a trip to Bilbao.

Estuvimos 2 noches mi amiga y yo alojadas en el hotel. Fue una experiencia genial, el servicio super atento y amable. Las habitaciones están muy bien aisladas y no se escuchaba nada de ruido de la calle a pesar de que hay bares cerca.
Pleno centro del casco viejo con un montón de sitios cerca.
Muy recomendable! Si volvemos a Bilbao, repetiremos seguro!!! 🥰

Wir fanden die Pension richtig süß. Man bekommt einen Code zum reingehen und für die Zimmer gibt es Karten zum Betreten. Zimmer 7 ist bequem und hell.
Wir waren erstaunt, dass wir von der belebten Straße in der schönen Altstadt einfach nichts gehört haben! Durch die Zimmer nebenan kommt bisschen was durch, was wir aber nicht störend fanden.
Im Kleiderschrank versteckt sich ein Kühlschrank und Safe. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber. Zimmerservice und der Service fürs Frühstuck waren toll. Der Herr am Empfang hat uns auch super Tipps gegeben!

Einziges Manko war nur das Wlan, das war leider schlecht zu empfangen.

Wir würden wieder kommen, wegen Lage und Service 😊
