OK Mobility - Aeropuerto Bilbao

First time use after using Bilbao for 15yrs. £70 instead of £230 for in- terminal. Terrified by reviews but had NO ISSUES!!

Pick up from bus stop outside departures (top floor) at Bilbao Airport (SEE PIC). 10minutes to office. Free bus. Just show booking if asked. Use the QR code given by the bus driver to check in. Nice hybrid. No damage. Took pictures. 20k miles. Very professional staff. We use a third party for insurance excess. KM max was 1500 but we will be using again. Was expecting an argument about fake scuffs but staff were great.

I had a great experience. We got a decent, brand new car (300km on the odometer) for a great price. Pickup was quick and without issues. The only downside is that the shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and that they already do a quick check of your vehicle when you hand it in (so build in some slack there for the shuttle).

Everything went smoothly, the staff was great. Nothing to complain about. We had a full coverage, still at reasonable price.
One little comment about a car. We got a plug-in hybrid which sounds great. But... :) The hotels and the garages, where we stayed, didn't have the charging stations. The charging stations were usually in the middle of nowhere and we didn't have a time to search for them and then waiting for recharging. So, we couldn't fully take advantage of plug-in.

At the airport, we were missing the direction signs to OK Mobility shuttle bus (it's on 3rd floor - departures).

We rented a car with full premium coverage, booked in advance, everything was perfectly ok, no problems, no extra hidden fees. Shuttle bus was working as promised. Gas station is nearby.

We rented an Iveco camper van here for a very good price. The vehicle was almost new, in perfect condition, well equipped.

No waiting time at the counter, easy check-in and return. The office is located 5 minutes from the airport by shuttle. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes.

The people at OK Mobility were very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

This looks to good to be true but their service was incredibly good for the price. Brand new hybrid car, flexible hours, and very welcoming and nice people just 5 min away from the airport (with free shuttle service!). Best value, 100% go for it

I found a good price online, i was offered to purchase road assistance and i did (even if the roads are very good in the area) and the return was seamless.

Excellent service received from Mateo at Ok Mobility Bilbao. Unlike other companies, Goldcar and Thrifty, no one tried to steal my money. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Everything was as it should be. I will definitely be using Ok Mobility again 😁😁😁😁😁 Five star.

Great experience. Really good price and friendly staff. Unfortunately we scratched the car but absolutely no problem with the full cover insurance. 5 min shuttle from the airport every 20 minutes.

Very efficient pickup. Super friendly and helpful people and great low prices. We booked a Compact category car and got a nice new Citroen C4 which drives like a breeze and was in great shape.

Their rental office was a bit difficult to find when coming from the airport so we took a 7 euro taxi which dropped us off right there. But there is a public bus as well that will take you there with a short walk.

On the way back you get a free voucher for the shuttle bus leaving from right in front of the Holiday Inn hotel in the same building.

First time experience with this company and even though their rental office is not on the main airport site it’s very cheap and been one of the better experiences of renting a car.

Quick and clear service from Aitor. No hassle, and there is an airport shuttle that departs in front of the rental office, which is convenient.

Never heard of OK Mobility before but they are really good. Would definitely use them again!

This is the cheapist car hire I have ever had. The car was also clean and in perfect condition. Pick-up and return process was wonderful fast and uncomplicated.

This rental car firm is outstanding for customer service - just a bit tedious getting from the airport to the rental place.

One of the very best rental car offices in all of Spain! The entire staff is so nice and amazing and knows costumer service with a smile :) I've been back now couple of times and will hopefully many more times.

Mateo and the other young people were very helpful to us. They gave us a new car, we used the car in Spain and France. They picked us up from the airport and took us to their office 5 minutes away and dropped us back to the airport when we were leaving. Thanks for everything guys.

Shuttle from the airport only takes a few minutes and around 20 minutes from centre of Bilbao.
Staff at beginning and end were excellent and very friendly.
We had a really nice car, totally clean and better than we have received in other car rentals.
Definitely recommend 👍

My flight was delayed by an hour and a half, meaning I'd arrive long after the OK Mobility desk was due to close. I called to let them know my predicament and Alberto stayed an extra hour to wait for me. That is what good customer service looks like. To be able to talk to a representative who actually does something and then be met by a genuinely friendly and helpful person who cares is a rare thing - thank you OK Mobility!!

All good. Pick up place a short bus ride away and the staff at pick up and drop off were both excellent and quick. Declined all extra insurance which was no problem. No issues with the car so overall very pleased. Only slight problem was that the exact spot to wait for the minibus to get to the pick up point was a bit unclear but it was obvious when it turned up (follow the instructions provided to get to the correct level).
