Vivalamoda es unas de las mejores tiendas de ropa que hay... el trato es magnífico y tengo vestidos de hace 11 años y todo el mundo me sigue preguntando donde lo he comprado es maravilloso buen precio calidad y diferente a todo lo que se suele encontrar

Llevo mucho tiempo comprando en Viva La Moda porque hay diseños originales y a muy buen precio y buena calidad. Soy fiel clienta.

This store must be the absolute worst scam I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’m a grown woman and came here to by a dress. I used the dress one time and came home and realized that the seam was unraveled on the whole side. I took it down to the store to get a new. But the rude seller refused to change it. She said that it’s the customers fault when things like that happens. I’m still in shock about the bad service. What a shame!! Stay far away.

Bought what I was told by the sales assistant was a fur and cashmere coat from viva la moda in Puerto banus a couple of months ago while I was on holiday for €950 only to get back to England and took it to a fur and leather specialist cleaner and was told it was FAKE.
I sent an email and Instargram message to the company and I was immediately blocked.

I got no response or answer
Do NOT EVER buy from this company, they are thieves, they scam customers especially when they know you are a tourist.

Spent over 300 Euro in this shop only to find that a new top had a significant hole in it. Messaged Facebook numerous times 24 hours and some after purchase, with no response and posts physically removed. Emailed with no response. Came back in person a year later and shop refused to take responsibility even with proof of pictures, receipts and emails. Really disappointing and upsetting, as I liked the shop and actually want to spend my refund in there. Tourists please beware-their ethos of making customers happy is simply not true.
