If I could give this place 20 stars I would. The tour was great. The wine was even better. And the food… holy moly! The food was outstanding. If you can get a reservation… don’t miss this visiting this place.

Can’t say enough good things about this experience! We did the winery tour + tapas and it was excellent. The grounds are gorgeous, the hosts are so friendly and clearly love what they do, the wine and food was delicious, and the whole experience was just a great representation of what Spain is about. Definitely don’t skip this and reservations in advance!

Really worth visiting this beautiful Bodega and I really recommend pre booking the full lunch package to go with your wine tour and tasting. We had so much delicious local homemade food! The meats, cheeses, tortilla and Paella were amazing alongside their delicious wine selections.

We had a wonderful afternoon at this winery. Isabella & Miguel were warm and gracious hosts. Wine pours were generous, as was the tapas servings and paella lunch. Well worth a visit!

Excellent place - especially the lunch! Small organic winery, vey nice owners with a personalized tour (in English - make a reservation). Stay for the lunch and tasting after the tour, which is well worth the price. We had a great afternoon!!! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful wine tasting experience. A little out of the way but worth it. We tried 1 white, 1 rose and 2 reds pared with way too much food. The wine makers wife made us a feast as part of our wine tasting. It’s a little winery, organic and great reds. You do need a reservation.

What a wonderful experience at Bodega Garcia Hidalgo. Miguel and Isabelle were amazing hosts. It's a small winery, but we learned so much about their organic, all natural approach to wine making. Moscato was delicious, but I would recommend Zabel (blend of red wines). The food was homemade and fresh. We enjoyed 🥘 paella and plates of tapas. They were very accommodating about gluten free restriction. Get a reservation.

A small vinery with great hosts taking care of you. We stayed overnight and enjoyed the small "tour" and the excellent dinner including tasting afterwards. Recommended. Thanks Miguel and Isabel for taking care of us.

Had a great experience. Wine tour, wine making, wine tasting and a wonderful lunch served. Charming couple who enjoyed the reception of guests. Small organic vineyard.

Suprising find in the valley around Ronda, this little organic winery did fully deliver on a winery tour including wine tasting and delicious homemade food. Especially the meat and cheese platter was particularly tasty! Highly recommend the Moscat wine. We were lucky enough to spontaneously join the tour, but it’s worth checking availability first.

Best bodega ever! The owners are very kind, the wine is amazing, and you definitely don't want to miss this if you're visiting Ronda! Just go on the website and email them to set up a visit. Also: there is a delicious lunch.

Absolutely amazing experience!! This is a family owned and operated organic winery which should not be missed. We enjoyed the lovely tour from Miguel, the wine tasting and the delicious tapas homemade by his wife Isabel. It was an experience I will never forget - be sure to try Isabel’s amazing red pepper jam with the local cheeses!

This is a beautiful and quaint small winery run by a lovely couple. We emailed and got a reservation to get a short tour of their winery and hear some great information about how they do it. They spoke enough English to get great info on the tour and we had some of the best food that we had in Spain. We got fantastic and locally sourced tapas, paella, wine, and ice cream. Such a beautiful time. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience with this wonderful family at their home and winery. Super friendly people and opened their home to us for a really nice afternoon. The food, which is advertised at tapas, was plentiful and no need to eat lunch before you go because there's plenty to eat and it's all homemade in the kitchen at their house. Many thanks for a great experience.

The familia Hidalgo is really welcoming and passionate in running their winery! They offered a great mix of selfmade tapas and exceptional vine! Especially in our case, we just passed by spontaneously and they made an exception (normally they are fully booked and it is recommendable to reserve upfront) and offered us a wonderful experience! Big thanks and recommendation from Germany!

This beautiful little winery is managed by a super friendly Spanish couple who welcomed us with a big smile! We did a short, informative tour after which we had the opportunity to taste the wonderful wines and delicious food. We were with a group of eight and had a really good time, we can definitely recommend

Amazing experience!! The 6 of us with 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed the tour at the Bodega, that felt authentic and very family centric. The tour lasted around an hour, seeing the end to end process of making their wines, and then we sat down and tried many different wines, different dishes to share, then a beautiful paella and desert! Would highly recommend, Maribel and Miguel are great hosts!!

We visited as part of a guided tour of the area. This was a great visit including a brief walk and introduction to the vineyard and their philosophy on wine making. Small producer but nice wines. We're partial to big reds and their Zabel 2014 (cab sauv, syrah, and merlot blend) is delicious. The tapas style food was delicious and more than all of your could eat. Recommend you visit, but they only have one tour daily, so have a knowledgeable tour guide or contact them for reservations.

We had an educational tour of the Vinyard the processing and storage in making wines. Great wines, tapas, and surroundings. Included fresh homemade bread. Everything was delicious. And great prices. Thank you, see you again next year.
