Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Formigal, the hotel exceeded all expectations with its exceptional staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, elegantly appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of outdoor activities. The hotel's Wi-Fi service was reliable, catering to both business and leisure needs seamlessly. The indoor pool added a touch of relaxation, and the on-site ski rental store made gearing up for the slopes convenient. However, what truly set this establishment apart were the spectacular views that greeted us at every turn, creating a truly memorable and enchanting experience.
I would like to add the experience of the SPA with a very attentive specialist.

Great hotel, on the highest edge of Formigal with amazing views from the rooms. Rooms are really spacious with comfy beds. But the greatest thing is staff of this hotel, so amazing people, really welcoming and open. We haven't made a reservation for the dinner but upon arrival realized that everything is closed due to low hiking season, but the chief told he cannot leave us hungry, especially with kids, so they made an additional table for us and made sure we have everything needed. The dinner was just fabulous and the kitchen chief is a brilliant. The hotel manager is amazing person too, knows so many languages. The breakfast was also great. Thank you guys for hospitality and care.

Great hotel for the summer. Up the hill from the town and one of the only places to eat. The buffet dinner is fine (not exceptional) and the waiters are great. The buffet breakfast is very substantial with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the hot food was not hot and neither were the plates!

The stay was amazing : great services/accommodations, nice rooms. Thank you especially to Christian who drove us to the ski resort and Isabelle who does amazing massages, perfect after a long day of ski.

Great views from the hotel. Lovely rooms & comfy beds. Fab breakfast.
Needs more sound proofing in the bedrooms as we could clearly hear the people next door - talking & laughing then also snoring.

It was a nice week at HG Alto Aragon. Confortable rooms, good quality and variety of food in the breakfast and dinner.
Must improve the control of the use of the swimming pool.

This is the place you want to be. On top of the world and overlooking the sky, mountains. Good place if you like biking in the mountains or skiing.

El hotel esta situado en un enclave mágico, hemos estado con el grupo de Camaron de la Isla para el Festival de Pirineos Sur y sin tener ningún “enchufe” ni saber el hotel quien eran los huéspedes se nos ha tratado muy bien. Hay cosas que se han de modernizar y por lo que hemos visto se esta haciendo, damos voto de confianza a su directora Yaiza que nos ha demostrado ser una gran profesional, ojalá podamos volver

Ha sido nuestra primera vez en el hotel y nos vamos encantados. La habitación enorme y cada día huele fenomenal al entrar. El hotel limpísimo. El buffet es pequeño pero tiene de todo y, sobre todo, saludable. Ainara, la monitora del Kids Club, encantadora con los niños. El Transfer a las pistas siempre puntual y los conductores super serviciales. Volveremos seguro.

Estuvimos alojados en semana santa. Yo tengo SIBO y estaba muy preocupado de no encontrar un hotel que tenga comida que me pueda sentar bien, hablé con Germán y me dijo que no me preocupará. En todo momento se preocuparon por asegurar que no hubiera ningún problema. La comida buenísima y todos increíblemente amables, no he recibido mejor trato de un hotel en mi vida. Las habitaciones fueron muy cómodas y el hotel cumple con todo lo que cualquier esquiador necesita. Totalmente recomendable.

Súper recomendable. Habitación amplia y aunque está lejos del centro y estación de Formigal tiene transfer gratuito para ir. La cena buffet está bien pero si vas sin niños pues para ellos tiene poca variedad mejor cenar con niños en el bar que tiene tb carta. El desayuno estupendo. Y el gimnasio y spa gratis es un 10 si bajas después de las 19h ya no hay niños y hay menos gente. El personal muy amable. Espero poder volver.

El hotel es súper recomendable para estar con familia y con amigos. Nosotros volveremos porque el servicio es espectacular en su predisposición y simpatía, especialmente Eric y Germán, que han estado atentos a todo lo que hemos necesitado a cualquier hora.
Por poner un pero, la organización de los transfers a la estación es un poco caótica. Yo entiendo que es un servicio gratuito que da el hotel y que es de agradecer, pero no todo el mundo se lo toma igual y ayer hubo lío entre los conductores de la furgoneta y algunos clientes poco pacientes. Creo que la actitud del conductor, que por lo visto son externos, no fue la correcta.

En resumen, el hotel está genial

Nos hemos alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y en todas hemos quedado muy satisfechos.
Al llegar, el check-in es rápido y disponen de muchos servicios para poder acomodarte en tu habitación brevemente. En relación a la estación, disponen tanto de un bus grande como una furgoneta para facilitar el traslado a pistas. El buffet no es grande, sin embargo es muy variado y de muy buena calidad. Agradecemos igualmente que el jefe de cocinas salga al salón a preguntar por el nivel de satisfacción con la comida de los clientes.
Las instalaciones son muy modernas y completas, y las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas. También disponen de un spa (que incluye piscina, jacuzzi y sauna) y un miniclub.
Sobre todo, destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal del hotel: tanto David y Paco en la tienda de esquí; como Natalie en el restaurante/cafetería; Eric, Alexandra y Gonzalo en la recepción; y Alejandro, el encargado de mantenimiento y del traslado a pistas.
Especial mención a Yaiza, que nos ha tratado siempre con una cercanía increíble para hacernos sentir como en casa.
Contaremos con este hotel siempre que queramos volver a Formigal.

Hemos estado 3 días y es un hotel estupendo. Tanto Yaiza desde dirección como el resto de personal han hecho que tuviéramos una estancia de 10.
La hostelería también muy bien!

El hotel es precioso y con vistas, único pero es que hay que ir el coche al pueblo donde están las tiendas y restaurantes porque sea algo alto como.oara ir andando.
Pero merece la pena por la tranquilidad y las vistas.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel y la experiencia ha sido igual de buena. Los servicios son excelentes. Las vistas inmejorables, rodeado de montañas y naturaleza que te hacen sentirte acogida en un ambiente cálido
. Me gustaría mencionar y agradecer al personal su trabajo y constancia en la atención hacia sus huéspedes y el trato recibido. Volveremos.
