Hotel Rural Cal Serni

We stayed in one of the apartments for the weekend and this place is is a new member of my top10 hideaways. Great combination of historical buildings and modern design. Very well designed. Very peaceful place. The service was very good and everybody extremely helpful even that we didn’t really speak the the language. Great place!

This hotel offers you stunning views and a lot of quietness!

The food is great!! You will be stuffed..trust me. The service is very friendly and helps you with any questions.

Moreover you have the possibility to start some awesome hikes there.
On the area which belongs to the hotel you can find a lot of animals ( Horses, dogs, cats, birds, peacocks…).

The only negative I can mention is the fact, that there is no Wi-Fi available. But as this is a place to call down…it’s not really a point.

I had the privilege of dining here in 2015. Who would’ve thought this Los Angeles girl would be eating at this rustic restaurant tucked into a small village in Calvinya? I ate here with friends from the Alt Urgell area and it was incredible. 30 distinct bites of food, all better than the last. An absolute must for rural tourism!

Sólo he ido a comer, el menú degustación.

No me voy a extender mucho porque quien vaya, es mejor que se siente a disfrutar de un menú casero, abundante, y muy bien elaborado. Es una comida de varias horas.

Para lo que comes, está muy bien de precio aunque puede parece algo caro para algunas personas, con esa cantidad de comida, es buen precio.

El menú de un año a otro no varía mucho, pero en 2023 (fuimos en febrero o marzo) es la 3a vez que repetimos.

El lugar es precioso y depende de la estancia que te toque, hasta te sientes un afortunado. El aparcamiento está a unos 100m y es una rampa muy inclinada para caminar así que ojo personas mayores si estuvierais en época de nieve.

Seguiremos repitiendo siempre que podamos.

Menú degustación muy bueno y un segundo a elegir, productos de la Terra y muchos elaborados por ellos como los quesos...

Excel.lent! Instal.lacions, menjar, entorn i personal excepcional! Repetirem seguríssim! Tot de 10! Recomano 200%! Gràcies per un cap de setmana fantàstic amb família i amics!

Trato muy cordial de. Hemos estado varias veces y nos ha encantado siempre!
Precio bastante razonable.

A prop i lluny, llibertat i companyia, cuina i mims. Si no hi heu pujat, no us esforceu, així serà un secret més dels Pirineus. I tenen cervesa artesana.

Fuimos a cenar un menú degustación,nos encanto,todo al detalle ,muy currado se nota el toque de campeón de Joc de Cartes.

Hemos estado este puente de Mayo celebrando nuestro aniversario de boda y ha sido fantástico!! Las estancias son una maravilla, cuidan mucho el detalle. Las habitaciones preciosas, los jardines. La comida espectacular. Casi todo es producto suyo. Elaboración propia, venta de sus productos y el trato por parte de sus propietarios, Dolors i Josep Maria genial. Volveremos seguro. Vam anar fa uns dies amb els amics a sopar i tant el menjar com el tracte, genial. Sóc celiac i em van fer un menú apart per a mi, un detall molt bonic. Vam sortir encantats, hi tornarem i ho recomanem a tothom.
