Hotel Iberostar Las Letras Gran Via

I was staying in this Hotel with my family for over 10 days and we had an amazing experience. We can’t be more thankful with all the staff, starting in the from desk, Anthony and Ursula helped us a lot, as well as the rest of the receptionist. In the bar and restaurant the service was incredible, if you have the opportunity to take the breakfast buffet in the hotel, is one of the best decision. And finally the ladies who cleaned the rooms were extremely kind and always up to help you out. The service here is above incredible, thanks again!

Beautiful hotel with great service - Ana, Sheriff, Azahara and all the staff members made our stay better. I love how thoughtful they were as they put romantic decorations in our room with wine and chocolates. Thank you!

I’ve been staying at this hotel whenever I come to Madrid. Superb location. Superior and clean rooms. Great restaurant. The hotel is fantastic, but what makes a hotel truly exceptional is also its staff. Anthony and Azahara were so consistently and genuinely attentive, professional, and friendly throughout my six-day stay. I also had my puppy with me, and they made us all feel quite welcome. Thank you Iberostar for your outstanding service!

We stayed for four nights and the hotel was very good and in a great location. Rooms were quite big and comfortable. Breakfast staff were excellent. Small issue that the hotel provided rooms with a kettle but no cups. Took a few times to get the cups. Nice views and small pool was very peaceful to relax in the late afternoon and get some sun. All the staff were good and will come back. Also had an accessible room which was very good. Water machine near the lift which was good. Recommended

My wife and I enjoyed 3 nights at Iberostar Las Letras. Our visit coincided with one solid day of hard rain which coincided with an on-site conference. Throughout, the hotel staff were present, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was fresh, generous with hot food to order - scrambled eggs, etc. We found our door was loud hitting the latch and simply letting it go to shut definitely disturbed our neighbors. But just once. Our 6th floor room didn't face Gran Via but we also didn't notice any street noise. Comfortable beds and pillows. We would return. Great hotel.

Amazing stay at Iberostar. Everything went smoothly, Ursula at the reception was helpful during our entire stay. The location was perfect and the bar/restaurant downstairs was superb.

Really great location on Gran Via. The front desk ladies are super helpful and nice. The rooms are great. There's a conmected vermuth / tapas bar which is convenient, and the hotel dining area with an excellent morning buffet service. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing experience! We stayed here after getting married and the service was amazing. They surprised us with a bottle of Cava to celebrate our wedding and couldn't be more accommodating. Always really helpful with our requests and we will definitely be back here.

Brilliant hotel in the heart of Madrid. Location is hard to beat. Transport very close. Service excellent. Rooms a great size for such a central location. Beds very comfy. We had the room with terrace and spa - perfect. Pool was good to cool off. Breakfast very good - loved the tortilla each morning. Plenty of fruit, yoghurts and meats. Vermouth bar and rooftop bar are both awesome. Gym is a great size too. Hotel - Highly recommended.

We loved this property during our first trip to Madrid. The staff was so helpful- Ursula, Azahara & Anthony went above and beyond to guide us in the city. The restaurant was so relaxing and we loved the international jazz music they played. The hotel location is perfect and with a cool vibe. Will definitely stay there again!

Location & staff are highlights.
Nice clean rooms. Great bathroom. Bed was nice with great pillows. Pool was very cool (the water that is. Lol) towels. Clean. Nice view from there. Gym was well equipped for a decent workout. Buffet breakfast excellent. All staff super helpful. The location is really in the middle of it all you can walk almost everywhere from this hotel. This hotel lives up to the high Iberostar standards. No better place to stay in this amazing city full of kind people. ((::

What a lovely hotel with such friendly staff. They all go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms have a good size, the beds are very comfortable. In the morning you are being treated to an excellent breakfast. We are looking forward to our next stay at this hotel with great staff.

My stay at Iberostar Hotel Grand Via was exceptional! The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. What made our stay even better was the top-notch customer service we received from the staff.

I would like to specifically commend Ana at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help us book Renfe tickets and taught us how to use the subway. She was extremely patient and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to thank Freddy and Tony for their kindness and hospitality!

Additionally, the housekeeping staff deserves a special mention. We accidentally left our phone behind, and it was still there when we came back to the room. The staff was honest, and we appreciated that they took care of our belongings.

Overall, our stay at Iberostar Hotel Grand Via was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the city!

All is very confortable in their place: from its cozy beds to the helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel is 100% great thanks to their staff. We were traveling with our baby and they went above and beyond to accommodate her. The staff at the breakfast place were exceptional going as far as getting her things that were off the menu so that she would have a breakfast similar to home. I can only remember the names of Manuel and Isabela, but all of them were great, they knew her name and would say hi to my baby and she loved it there. They got us a crib for our room for her too. If you are traveling with a baby this is the place to be. It has a great location, great breakfast place with great people, and hotel lobby staff also are the best! Our experience in Madrid was amazing thanks to them.

Great hotel smack in the middle of central Madrid; walkable pretty much to all points of interest including Atocha station. Staff was absolutely wonderful and spoke English. A small but inviting pool area and a roof bar with the views were definitely a plus. Will definitely come back.

We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect to sightsee Madrid. Our room was perfect for our family of 3, with all the amenities we needed. Loved that they have refillable toiletry bottles and water coolers on each floor with glass pitchers instead of plastic. Towels were so thick and fluffy. Great showers, comfy bed (leave sofa to the kids lol). Pool area/roof top were nice. But the best part of our stay was the stellar service. From the moment we checked in with Azahara to Anthony helping us check out and another gentleman, who's name I didn't catch, helping us with questions about visiting the stadium - ALL the personnel were top notch. Everyone goes above and beyond to help and that makes all the difference! Thank you guys.

We booked a city view room. But it was too noisy for us. The staff kindly offered another tow quiet rooms for us to choose. The room is spacious, clean and nicely prepared. Front desk staff Anthony was very friendly and helpful when we checked out in the early morning. Definitely would book again when I return to Madrid.
