Right next to the tramline. Shops restaurants and a park are in walking distance. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are small but clean. I would stay again.

Super hotel near the airport and next to a metro station that takes you to the heart of Madrid. Rooms simple, comfortable and clean. Staff super helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast provided by the friendly cafe around the corner. Can’t really call it á swimming pool - it’s a dip pool or paddling pool to be fair but the sun loungers, parasols etc are a great thing to have on the roof. There is a nice park opposite, a Mercadona supermarket about 1km, petrol station across the road, lots of cafes and fast food shops very close by. For the price, it was an amazingly good hotel & I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Madrid. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay.

Exceptional room, clean and spacious. The bed is absolutely gorgeous with a comfy matrtress. Thanks to the great staff from the reception also!

Great and clean hotel. Cristina (front desk) was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is Centrally located to restaurants, metro station, and stores. It's worth staying.

Very friendly and helpful front desk employees. We stayed here one night before our flight out of Madrid. The room and bathroom were clean, it was large enough for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children), and a short walk from the metro.

Super nice hotel, hard to believe it’s only one star, staff was super friendly, beds were comfy, quiet location (no noise from the street), loads of tv channels, spacious shower… 100% would stay again

The hotel is located near a Metro station, which makes it convenient if you want to travel around Madrid by public transport.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely neat.

The size of the room is not that big, but comfortable enough and is a great value for money.
The rooms were cleaned and refreshed, with the bed made for us every day.

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast from within its premises. We had to walk 150 metres to the breakfast place. The breakfast is rather cheap and a good value for money, but not very diverse. There were not many options for vegan and low carb diets.
The rooms didn't have trash cans, which made the management of trash a bit cumbersome. The staff at the reception were however very helpful and always offered to help us with the trash

Really nice hotel and for a reasonable price! The room was very clean and had a nicely sized bathroom. The staff is also very nice and helpful. They arranged for my party to be picked up at the airport and were extremely responsive by phone and whatsapp when I had trouble finding the taxi driver. There's some italian restaurants nearby so eating will not be a problem either. Would stay here again.

We stayed there for about four days and it felt like home! Our room was always clean and the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. The hotel was located near the metro station which made it easy to get to the airport as well as to the city. All in all an absolute recommendation! Thank you for everything :))

I stayed for one night there and I think it's great for the price. It's clean, the staff is very friendly, they have comfy beds and pillows and modern central heating. The windows were somehow in front of the wall of another building and couldn't be open. They even left a thank you note on the desk, that was so cute!

Very nice hotel with simple yet comfortable accommodations. The beds are comfortable and the hotel overall is very clean. There is a rooftop terrace with a pool which is a nice addition for those hot days. The price is low and the staff are very attentive and nice.

Excellent value for the money hotel! Hotel is quite new, modern and clean. My double bed room was not big but with very good bed, TV and bathroom. Reception staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly which made my stay very pleasant. Highly recommendable!

For the price, I've never had such a clean well located hotel. 13 mins from the airport, and the bed was so so comfortable. Mary on the front desk was such a pleasure and so very helpful. Amazing hotel and staff! Thank you :)

We stayed overnight on a layover and everything was great! Kristian (reception) was absolutely fantastic and a great help. The rooms were modern and extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. And the price was unreal. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Madrid!

I was there for a couple of days last week. I found the room quite small but perfect for a solo traveler. Relly cozy bed though.

Our 3 night stay was amazing. We felt at home. The staff was so amazing specially Cristian and Mary. They guided us through out the stay. Faultless, especially given the price! From the warm welcome from Christian on reception, to the clean and comfortable rooms, from the wifi and wide screen tv, to the great location, we have only positive things to say about this hotel. Sure, it’s simple but we didn’t find it lacked anything for what you pay.
