The hotel was well equipped, with basic but practical facilities. I truly enjoyed the breakfast, it was complete and delicious. Highly recommendable.

Excellent quality for such a cheap price, great location next to a metro station, super friendly staff and awesome breakfast buffet (totally worth the 9.95eur)!

Affordable but away from the city
However metro is literally 2 min walk away and takes you to the center in 20 min.

Very good deal for the price, bed and pillow were very comfortable. Rooms are small but functional. It has the basics and that's it but they do a good job providing them. Food was fairly priced and available 24/7, got a tasty pizza at 1am for 12 euros. Would stay there again.

Very good hotel. Perfect for visiting Madrid. Very good location, in the vicinity of Barrajas Airport (very easy to get from/and to Airport, 10...15 min by car).The hotel is located 100 metres distance from Suanzes Metro Station (METRO Line 5). Very easy to reach Madrid Downtown (15 min to Gran Via Station for Cibeles, Prado, Retiro, Puerta Alcala; 20 min to Opera Station for Plaza Mayor, San Miguel, Puerta Del Sol, Almudena Cathedral, Royal Palace; Metro Interchange at Alonso Martinez Station for Santiago Bernabeu; Metro Interchange at Gran Via for Atocha (Reina Sofia Museum or Thyssen Bornemisza Museum) or Atocha Renfe and then train to Toledo 30 min). Very quiet and clean hotel. Very very good breakfast. I strongly recommend. Score: 5/5.

Clean and relaxing bed. Cold/hot shower water. Good price. Near metro line 5. Unfortunately line 5 was closed during my stay but if line 5 is open it is close to everywhere in Madrid. Good speed wi fi, option to have meal,nice room service.

Location is ok, we needed to take the metro downtown. But for the price/night it's well worth it.

Room has comfy beds and a nice shower. Breakfast is served at a reasonable price.

When you book in a budget hotel you normally expect average service and average facilities, BUT in this case I can say that this is far from reality. This IBIS has a great location, the service and facilities are very good and it exceeded my expectations! It's really handy if your flight lands late at night as it's only a 10-minute ride from the airport and you're 20-mins away from the center by metro. Also, metro station has loads of conneections. Suanzes Park is also a walking-distance gem <3

Amaizing staff and nice room. Only bathroom could be more clean on the other hand. Breakfast is good and with variety off healthy choices and also self-catering.

Clean small room with the good breakfast. Parking only 11 euros which is not to much for Madrid. Next to the metro station. Perfect for few nights in Madrid and price is reasonable

Good service. Clean anf comfortable rooms. I only have breakfast there, but it was variated. Ideal for work travels if you wanna go to Alcobendas area.

Good affordable hotel close to meteo and 30 mins to Sol Madrid city centre via Gran Via metro. 15 mins to Ventas métro for nice bars and restaurants.

Arriving in Madrid for a football match I took the 101 bus and then the metro to Suanzes
The receptionist plesant and the room clean tidy and exactly what I expected from Ibis

Comfortable, clean, and efficient room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the metro to get around. The Ibis chain is the best deal in town.

Basic, but clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is with a wide range of products, I was really surprised about that.
