B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol

The hotel's location was perfect. The service was amazing. The room was very clean, had all the necessities we needed and the view from our room was beautiful. The front desk and housekeeping people were lovely and were very helpful. It can get a bit noisy though since it's centrally located and nearby restaurants that are open late, but they do have ear plugs available in case you need it. I didn't mind the noise though because I was too exhausted in walking pretty much the whole day. Also, although they mentioned they don't have breakfast, they actually hang some small treats like muffins and cookies every morning which is already somewhat like a breakfast. And they also have free coffee, tea and fruits available for the guests at anytime, 24/7. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you very much.

In the heart of the city center. A hidden gem. Fun room, great quality and recommend for sure. We were warned about it being possibly loud from a bar upstairs (we were right under it.) they provided earplugs but it wasn’t loud at all and we slept very soundly. Woke up to waters and a pastry at our door every morning! Very nice touch! We took it with us on our day trips and worked out great! Would recommend to friends and family.

I am traveling a lot, but I never felt so comfortable. Even in a 5 star hotel you do not have a kitchen with 24h free coffee, water, juices, fruits and cookies. In the morning I found a fresh croissant at my door. Wonderful service, best location and I am very happy to recommend this hotel to all of you. You can go to the kitchen anytime and take some fruits, coffee, cookies completely free of charge, it was amazing!

I really enjoyed staying at B&B Centro Puerta del Sol. The location is great in the middle of Madrid. Metro station is just around the corner. It is situated in a busy area with everything you need is just a walking distance away, and still you do not hear much noises from outside. The room is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly. The kitchen downstairs is a very unique idea, with coffee, drinks and snacks available all the time.

We stayed for 5 nights, the room was amazing! Very minimal, which we loved it, it had enough space to move around and leave your suitcase. The bed was super comfortable and relaxing and the bathroom was big enough and very clean. The stuff is too kind and helpful. Generally, a great experience and I'll be back when I'm in Madrid again.

The hotel is located very close to Sol and within easy walking distance of everything one would need in Madrid. A good description would be trendy chic - modern and stylish. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely plan to stay on my next trip to Madrid.

Perfect experience - location, staff, room and little things that makes the difference. The shower was just perfect! Great strea of hot water, spotless clean & soft towels.

I had an excellent stay at HOTEL Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol. The cleanliness was super, the location couldn't have been better, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Communication was good as well, and the price-quality ratio was fantastic. Overall, a top-notch experience!

We loved this solution that is halfway between a hotel with all services (24/7 reception, daily cleaning service on demand, etc.) and a b&b, as a more basic solution partially self-service. The break room is amazing. The design is very catching and when we needed to rely on the staff they were nice and efficient.

We will definitely come back and stay here again. Clean rooms! Location is really perfect, convenient. The cookies and water given everyday is such a nice touch.

Hotel is located on excellent location, right in the heart of Madrid.
Puerta del Sol is just a 1-minute walk away, and Gran Via is 2-3 minutes away.
The proximity to metro and bus stations makes it convenient for various destinations. Numerous shops, bars, and restaurants surround the hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and our room was impeccably clean with a comfortable bed.
Each morning, we were pleasantly surprised with two small bottles of water and pastries placed outside our door.
The hotel also offers a small shared kitchen with complimentary access to a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and juices 24/7.

Great hotel in a very central location in Madrid. The room was clean and quiet and the little goodies bag in the morning was nice.

Highly recommended, it's close to everything in Sol and half a block the metro station, Rooms are very clean and fancy, Rooftop has a great ambience, surely coming back soon!

Our stay was very nice, we were happily surprised by a pastry and water on our door each morning. The coffee station was well stocked and everyone was helpful. We would definitely recommend! Also, they gave us ear plugs for street noise, but we preferred to play white noise from YouTube on our phones and we had no issues sleeping.

We came to Madrid on a long layover so we picked an affordable hotel in the middle of the city so we can enjoy a night/full day. We were not expecting a hotel this affordable (compared to the others in the area) to be this amazing. The location is great, the staff were friendly and the quality was superb! I cannot stress enough how private the room felt, despite being in the middle of the city. We opened and closed the window and the difference in noise is incredible. It is SILENT when you close the window.
There is AC and gorgeous lighting in the sparkling clean room. There is also breakfast and an area where you can get free snacks and drink. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely incredible location, right in the middle of sol and gran via metro stations. Shops and restaurants all around, and you’re near the museums, palaces and squares too. Rooms are huge, clean, and new. Staff are super friendly too.

The best part: They have a 24h coffee, juice and water machines in the basement, with fruits and snacks too. There is also a microwave and ice machine. Every morning, the hotel hangs breakfast on the room door, a bag with water and pastries. Lovely touch.

Highly recommend this hotel for its great value and I can’t think of anything bad about it. Will stay here when I’m back in Madrid!
