One of the all-time best hotels I've stayed in! Suites are very clean and well laid out. Staff are extremely helpful. The free shuttle to the airport helps maximize your stay.

great hotel for getting to & from the airport. Staff was very kind. Shuttle was easy & they communicated well about the schedule. We got in late + left really early and it worked well for us. Food was decent & the room was nice and comfortable. All in all perfect for a quick stop.

In case you need to rest between two long flights ...this is it. Rooms are spacious and clean...the bed very comfortable...the breakfast buffet is super kool..they even made a tray for my husband and brought it to the room...if you dont want to eat in the restaurant...there are couple of local options...a very good supermarket and even a mcd in walking distance.We were there now 3 times and yes if possible be back again.

The young lady that checked us in on July 21, 2023, was very helpful and friendly. She scheduled a taxi for us, for pick up at 3:30 AM, and reassured us that we would be at the airport on time.

The taxi was 5 minutes early.

I only wish I knew her name, so she could be recognized by name. Such a relief that she spoke English as my Spanish is very limited.

Been using this hotel for decades, no matter the name. It's very convenient to Barajas airport, clean, good prices, great breakfast, parking. The rooms and bathrooms are on the larger side. It's fairly quiet overnight in the hallways since mostly business and international travelers stay here. There is a small business center to use, plus an elevator and ramp for heavy luggage. If you need a shuttle to the airport, they run them regularly, but make sure to be one of the first ones in line since it is a smaller shuttle.

A very nice hotel. Room is clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is very good. It also provides shuttle bus from and to the airport. Staff is very friendly. The communication is smooth. We emailed the hotel for assistance to receive a parcel for us and they replied us promptly and helped us with a great deal. Recommend it!

Great hotel,near airport,courteous staff!

Great hotel at great price, close to the airport. Perfect for an overnight layover. Only real issue was how long the bus took to get there, was very full, and I wasn't able to reserve the 9 AM one the next day as it was full. No big deal as the Uber to T4 was only like 7 Euros. In hindsight I would have just taken an Uber both ways.

Pretty good hotel very close to the airport (15 mins by foot to T2). Little bit outdated furniture, but clean and very comfortable bed.
Shuttle service to the airport is available. Timetable is not the best, but anyway it's better than nothing.

A very fancy hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was fine. There is a shuttle service from the Barajas airport to the hotel and viceversa.

It is always a pleasure to stay here. Breakfast and lunch are very good and difficult not to overeat. Rooms clean, comfortable and updated. Friendly staff that is always essential. Happy to stay any time. Pricewise, a bit more than your budget but the place is worth it. The beer garden is a must on a sunny day.

Close to the Airport. Taxi was 20 Euros from T4 to the premises. Free shuttle bus, but more straight forward to get to the airport from the hotel, rather than to the hotel. Clean functional and convenient.

I was 2nd guessing myself about staying at this hotel as I am passing through Spain… it was nice & quite… they lady even charged my phone at the front desk because I left my charger in my suitcase and it on the plane now I can stay connected. Shuttle service was easy and great. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very convenient to the airport. Amazing Wifi and lots of outlets in the room -- a pleasure not to have to unplug a lamp to charge my phone.

Clean and nice hotel close to the airport. Very helpful stuff and OK dinner. Although it is better to go out to the main square where plenty restaurants can be found. Breakfast is plenty and vary.

This is a nice hotel near to Barajas Airport. Airport shuttle is correct, we only had to wait 15 minutes. It has big and clean rooms, I recommend this place. We only stayed for a night but we could have a good breakfast as well.

Well located, very close to the airport. Rooms was quite spacious, bathroom had a bathtub(!), And the food at the tapas restaurant was tasty. Highly recommended! For the price, it's a great value.
