Hotel Mora

Spending 3 days at this hotel in May 2024, my room was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable, room was good size with three
windows/doors opening to a small porch viewing the streets and a huge park. Rooms are made daily and shower is very good.
I booked and paid a suite but as at the time suite was not available they gave me a family room without any extra charge. Personnel are nice and polite. Location for those like me; getting to know the area, is just excellent and near by everything on foot. They do not have free breakfast but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel with a good food and breakfast for a fee. They have elevators and front desk 24 Hs.
I recommend to everyone looking for a conveniently located hotel for the price. Train station and metro are very close walking distance.

Staff was so nice all the time! room always well cleaned and double windows kept the noises out. Only (minor) issue i had was that my magnetic card kept having issues and needed to be magnetized again (apparently a common problem).
Do NOT recommend the restaurant on the side (tapa arte)!

My hubby and I are from South Africa & decided to visit the Prado Museum today 19th October. After visiting the museum we were caught is the worst storm the roads were flooded almost like crossing a river . Unable to locate a taxi or Uber we found ourselves standing outside this hotel after over half an hr stopping pedestrians and trying to stop taxis I ventured into this hotel .
By this time I was close to tears , sopping wet but decided to ask the gentleman at reception to help me . He was an angel from heaven and never thought twice about calling a taxi . He asked us to wait until the taxi arrived .
Can u imagine my relief to feel safe again . In a strange country where understanding English from the locals was a challenge . This receptionist helped two total strangers .
While we waited I witnessed his angelic manner in which he helped the elderly guests . If I had a choice I would have stayed at this hotel purely for the warmth and hospital . To management I say this ‘guy’ is a keeper .
I’ve been staying at the Illunion hotel for almost four days and never had customer service at any level .I would rate them a 2 & your staff at 10 for your receptionist .
I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but I’m sure he knows who he is . It was around 4pm 19th October .

Really nice staff nice hotel, brilliant cafeteria

This time my room had a little buzz sound at night, not very pleasant. It wasn't the heating because I had turned it off...
The room was super small, but the bed was very comfortable and it had a super little balcony (very sweet)

Small clean rooms in an excellent location! Perfect place to stay in a city where you do not need to stay in the room for long periods.

I would give 4.5 stars if possible. Price, location and staff for a couple days stay is great! Bed is comfortable also and the shower is old but does the job. Staff very helpful and accommodating, I would recommend for a short stay on a budget.

The Hotel Mora where the organizer of our workshop booked us, participants was really a good hotel. They make sure that your room is clean everyday. I couldn't say anything negative cause I was really satisfied with their service. The receptionists were very accommodating. They would serve free breakfast: toasted bread or croissant, coffee with milk and orange.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The location is good to get to the various subway and Metro lines. There's also plenty of places to eat around you.

Great hotel experience. Very clean and spacious. Staff is amazing. Loved our time in Madrid.

Hotel Mora in Madrid was near Atocha so we founded it very quickly, the rooms were big and very clean and the workers of the hotel were very nice, we loved it and we will go again and say it to all our parents and friends.

Wonderful building with living wall at the side ... went in for an iced tea, overlooking street music and dancing and close to Prado, Reina Sofia and Cibeles ... lovely

Visited friends who Were staying here used the bar/restaurant for drinks and tapas. Very good quality and value.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent location in Madrid. Very close to Atocha Station.
