The service my mother experienced at this Max Mara store was absolutely shocking. Last season during her holiday, she bought a coat that she couldn't wear a single day due to the poor quality of the zipper, which repeatedly broke. Despite several requests, she did not receive any compensation or a suitable solution. This is unacceptable, especially for a luxury brand like Max Mara. We are still waiting for a response, and the coat is no longer in her possession.
