Villa Anna

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, tiene algunos detalles que mejorar pero en general tiene un feeling muy hogareño y nos sentimos como en casa. La piscina es excelente. Volvería sin duda.

Urgent ⚠warning ! I would have liked a review like this before booking. Would have saved us a lot of time, nerves and money.

Here is a TOP 5 list of negative aspects.
For each point I deduct one star.

No. 1 Dealing with customers:
Obviously the landlady "Ann" only wants the money. If you send her pictures and try to find a solution, she yells at you through the phone and breaks off the conversation. Furthermore, she tells Bking that we have found a solution and initiates steps that we have expressly contradicted. I.e.: Manipulation and lies are "Ann's" common methods.

No. 2 Images and reality:
compare my pictures with those displayed on the internet. There is no need to write more about it.

No.3 Suspicious reviews
Villa Anna can be found on many websites. The only noticeable thing is that everywhere there are 2 reviews, and always 9/10 stars. (As of 1.9.22) After we complained, a new review promptly came in on : from one
José, who booked the whole villa and stayed until the day we arrived. The villa was commented with one sentence: „très belle Maison avec une superbe piscine“
The whole reviews appear in an extremely suspicious light.

No. 4 Condition of the villa:
- Mould on the ceiling
- Sharp edges at the pool due to missing cover
- Door at toilet cannot be closed and is therefore not usable
- There were two broken grills at the pool, which previous tenants had already injured themselves on.
- Outdoor lamp dangerously broken off
- Dirt in the pool
- Cracks in the ceiling
- Broken tiles by the pool
- Destroyed, unusable television
- Flickering light in hallway
- Broken fridge handle
- Broken lampshade
- Torn carpet
- Rust on the radiator
- Broken table
- Bunk bed instead of listed single beds

No. 5 incorrect information, such as rooms , guests.
It was listed that this villa has 6 bedrooms. The storage room without windows was equipped with a bunk bed and sold as a room. By legal definition it is not a room. Smartly, a mobile air conditioner was bought for this room... but where would this air conditioner pump the warm air out to? If it has no window?!!

Dieses Haus ist nicht so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es war eine große Enttäuschung als wir angekommen sind. Wir haben 6 Zimmer für 12 Personen gebucht und es stellte sich heraus, dass ein Raum ein Abstellraum mit stockbett ohne Fenster war. Da sich in diesem Raum eine offene Dusche befindet, war der Raum sehr feucht an der Decke. Die Abstellkammer hatte auch keine Klima Anlage und ist nicht bewohnbar. Wir haben in einem Zimmer auch Rost an der Heizung gefunden und flackerndes Licht im Flur. Insgesamt waren viele Dinge im Haus beschädigt und ungepflegt, was für den Preis den die Vermieterin verlangt total inakzeptabel ist. Wir mussten das Haus wieder verlassen.

Vorsicht vor diesem Haus!
Beschreibungen auf Booking und AirBnb sind Irreführend. Das Haus hat massive Mängel und ist allgemein in einem miserablen Zustand.
Der Fernseher ist z.B. kaputt, bzw. der Bildschirm ist komplett zerkratzt/ verbrannt (siehe Bild).
Angegeben waren sechs Schlafzimmer, wobei das „sechste Schlafzimmer“ ein kleiner Abstellraum mit Stockbett ohne Fenster und Belüftung ist. Wie sollte im Hochsommer da jmd. schlafen??
Die Vermieterin war unverschämt und leider auch nicht bereit auf unsere Lösungsvorschläge einzugehen…
Diese Unterkunft sollte man sich also besser sparen!!

Der Pool ist beschädigt und gefährdet die Sicherheit. Verletzungsgefahr!
Sollte nicht gebucht werden!
Dieses Haus ist heruntergekommen und dreckig. Wir mussten direkt wieder abreisen, eine Übernachtung war nicht möglich!
