Me and my partner are travelling with an old campervan Renault Traffic. We had a leakage issue with the coolant and I called the company and already on the phone a staff member called Hugo was super friendly and kind, but also honest to say that he couldn't promise anything, but having the car checked with the mechanic. In the same afternoon, he squeezed a time in the busy schedule for us and we drove there, as we were just passing by to go home in The Netherlands. The personnel was super friendly helpful and also honest with us. Out car is quite old and they couldn't do much to help as we would have to wait a few days for the piece to arrive. So they gave us great recommendations on what to check and how to manage (hopefully) till home. We are beyond words to thank the whole team! Muchas gracias chicos

Ugo, absolutely brilliant engineer! Defo use this garage for motorhome problems of any kind! We foolishly thought our gas cylinders were empty and Ugo spent over an hour checking things out! All the staff were exceptionally friendly and made us Brits feel welcome! There is a shop that sells everything motorhomely … Ugo is a
handsome fella too !

I had a problem not being able to close the oven door in my motorhome, which was dangerous being at head height. I needed help making it safe and called at Leioa Berri Karabang hoping they might help. They dropped what they were doing straight away, figured out the problem and made it safe. They even found out the reference numbers for the new parts needed. They were incredibly helpful and I am so grateful for their help. I'm sure there must be similar positive companies like that in the UK but I've yet to find one. And finally, I wanted to pay for their time, but they refused.

We had issues with our boiler ans refrigerator. The problem had been found and solved very quickly. Very nice and polite guys.

Llevo tiempo cogiéndoles autocaravanas para un tema de cine y siempre genial. Kepa el dueño un 10 y Gorka tb. Oier el chico que me atendió en tienda encantador . Siempre con buena cara y mucha paciencia. Sin duda seguiré yendo porque encima las autocaravanas están nuevas y son una gozada. Gracias por todo !!

Trato muy amable por parte de Diego. Nos retrasamos debido a una avería y aún así nos atendió de buen grado, aún estando fuera de horario. Hasta ahora muy buenas sensaciones con este taller.

Ottimo servizio. Molto bravo il ragazzo moro alla reception. Ci hanno fatto un test in tempo reale e individuato un problema alla linea elettrica dal pannello fotovoltaico alle batterie. Ovviamente non hanno potuto fare loro la riparazione sia per mancanza di nostro tempo che per il fatto che il camper è ancora in garanzia. Comunque ci hanno dedicato 1 ora del loro tempo e a costo zero. Grazie ancora e buon lavoro !!

Estando en ruta sufrimos una avería con la nevera, llamamos por teléfono y nos atendieron de manera rápida eficaz y atentos, resolvieron el problema en un tiempo record. Taller muy recomendable por la calidad de los trabajos y la amabilidad del personal.

Trato excelente fui buscando un recambio para mi autocaravana de 25 años y me lo consiguió sin problema .

Aparte del taller tienen un montón de artículos para autocaravanas y un catálogo de miles de productos que ya quisieran muchas webs. Con la garantía de tenerlos cerca y consejos a la de comprar, ya que casi todo lo suelo hacer yo mismo.

Profesionales del mundo camper con un gran trato al cliente. Hace tiempo puse la calefacción y ningún problema hasta ahora. Llevaba tiempo con problemas en el asiento cama y en un par de días me lo han solucionado.

Excelente servicio! Tuvimos un problema en una caravana de alquiler con la bombona que al final no fue tal. Nos atendieron rápido y sin vueltas. Muy recomendable!
