Iv been dealing with them for a whole year and still i am left 500euros down and no fridge! Starting from August last year when I spent 100 on the technician to come out and fix my fridge. He came 4 times and still did not fix anything. I go to the shop where they tell me I need a new one and if I buy from them they will give me 100euros discount. We buy an American fridge freezer for 500 euros, paying 400 euros in cash and given 1 year garentee from the moment it arrived the freezer side didn't freeze anything. After 6 months of the technician coming to my house again never fixing anything they tell me the motor is broken and they will bring a new one. 2 weeks later they fit the motor. I leave the fridge 24h plugged in and then go and do a 200 euro shop of food to find the fridge again failed to work overnight and iv lost all my shopping. After another week they finally answer my calls and tell me that I have to speak to a manager. The manager didn't want to admit to me that he was the manager of the shop first of all. He then told me that first its impossible that I would of been given a discount for the money iv spend on trying to fix my original fridge as that's not what they do. And second, if the fridge keeps going off and on then he will send the same technician, but if the fridge happens to be working when the technician arrives, it's my fault and I'll be charged over 50 euros for the visit. So nearly a year on, losing over 600 euros in food for my family, the technician will again come to my house and "fix" the problem.

I have 2 children and have not been able to keep a full fridge of food for nearly a year now.

Again please do not buy from this shop or use there so called technician service! it's not worth the risk.

Good service and variety of things available there. They deliver things too at a reasonable cost. Speak English n Spanish.

Vivo en las Baleares y tengo un pisito en Fuengirola alquilado. Cada vez que se rompe algo ya no me duele la cabeza, por que en esta tienda me contesta el teléfono personas de verdad, con ganas de atender, me recomiendan y me ayudan a encontrar exactamente lo que necesito(me mandan foto, precios, lo que necesite para tomar mi decisión) , a buen precio y con un servicio impecable, me lo instalan, me recogen lo roto ...En menos de 15 minutos he solucionado mi problema y en menos de 3 horas tengo a la inquilina encantada dándome las gracias por mi rapidez. Me hacen quedar bien SIEMPRE. Hoy que escribo esto estoy muy impresionada con el buen servicio de Cristian, que me ha encontrado y enviado una factura de hace 10 meses para que pueda hacer mi declaración. Un sitio de 10, (aunque nunca he pisado la tienda) un personal de 10, una logística maravillosa. GRACIAS

QUIERO DECIR GRACIAS POR EL TRATO CRISTIAN, ME AYUDO EN TODO MONENTOS EN MIS DUDAS, DESDE CERO PARA PODER MODIFICAR MI COCINA Y ELEGIR BUENAS MARCAS EN ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS, ESTOY MUY CONTENTO, SON CIEN POR CIEN FORMALES.

La semana pasada nos han instalado en casa horno, vitro y campana extractora con salida de humos. Estamos muy contentos con el trabajo realizado ha quedado muy bien. Agradecer el asesoramiento profesional a la hora de la compra y el trabajo del técnico instalador ha sido excelente 👌

Buenas tardes, no me he podido resistir a contestar a una señora que a ha a a hablado de Manuel en unos terminos muy desafortunados, y sin conocerlo, tengo que decir y rebatir ese comentario pues siempre que vamos a Mijas y necesitamos algo nos pasamos por esa tienda , y como siempre nos atiende como nunca, para nosotros es uno de los mejores comerciales que he tenido la oportunidad de conocer, ojo y venimos de Madrid.
Un chico que habla francés e ingles como un demonio.
Siempre con una sonrisa y debo decir que ya la primera vez nos dió una clase TOP sobre electrodomésticos..que nos sirvió de mucho...y siempre recomiendo esta tienda
La útima vez compramos una lavadora y secadora Bosch..y es un hombre con paciencia con los clientes y que te explica al detalle todo de los aparartos....
